I’ve been a fan of Firehouse Subs and this location for a while. The variety on the menu is excellent, and I appreciate the different sandwich sizes.

A few of my recent favorites are the specialty clubs. The Hook & Ladder collaboration with Hot Ones, although the spiciness was a little disappointing, the regular Hook & Ladder is tasty. The Firehouse Steak and Cheese, Firehouse Meatball, and Turkey Ranch Bacon are also excellent and flavorful options.

Don’t forget to try out the hot sauces to amp up the flavor of your sandwiches. There is a display showing pairing ideas, as well as staff recommendations.

It’s always busy here, so I order ahead through the mobile app for pickup. My orders have always been made on time, and the rewards and special offers are a nice incentive. Prices are unfortunately increasing, but it’s still a nice treat.

The staff is friendly and hardworking. The dining area is relatively clean and spacious. Outdoor tables with shade are available.

Each and every time I visit the ANAHEIM store on Magnolia, I have received the ‘all white glove treatment’ and outstanding guest satisfaction from both Job and Emily……They are SUPER professional representatives of Firehouse Subs & they bring Excellence to the table every single time!!

To that end, I give them both my highest review of five stars and want the company management team of Firehouse Subs to know that they have the best with Job & Emily ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨✨✨

Kindly yours,

Michael

Came here on the tmobile deal on a hook and ladder, the one lost star was mainly from a forgotten side of fries(service 5 because she was quick on getting those out) and one of my sandwiches was supposed to be white but it was wheat. Otherwise employees were nice always checked in while we waited for the fries.could clean their hot sauce lids a bit.

The food just isn’t very good anymore and the prices keep going up. Other sandwich shops offer better food AND prices. Staff look down and ignore you for as long as possible. This is a gimick restaurant.

This is my first time trying firehouse subs and the food was decent. It’s much different than your normal cold subs but has a unique taste. I got the classic hook and ladder sun with some chips. -1 star because they wouldn’t let me sun the cheese so mine came with no cheese.
Decent subs

Tables were dirty.
There was a dirty pair of disposable gloves on the counter by the drink machine, as well as a pair on the ground next to the cash register. What is that about?
I like to take a picture of my food and compare it to the ad for the same food. There sure wasn’t a lot of turkey in the sandwich. I would not get it again. But this is the Thanksgiving turkey sub…

Staff was very friendly & helpful when I said it was my first time here. I bought the pepperoni meatball sub & it was worth every cent.

The sandwiches are photogenic, and the customer facing staff are decent – but it takes over twenty minutes to make two sandwiches during off hours, neither of which could by any stretch of some fever induced delirium imagination be considered anything even remotely resemble a ‘sub.’ When eaten immediately after set on the counter, the Italian sandwich here is a soggy and bland mess of waxy cheese and an amorphous blob of nondescript but overly sweet cold cuts served in some manner of bastardized roll cut cleanly (but not evenly) in half lengthwise, and equally unevenly widthwise.

The Mac and cheese is a half empty cup of lightly cheese flavored water with disintegrating macaroni noodles half floating around. Best eaten with the provided fork so as to fish the subtle cheese water soaked noodles without drinking the soup.

The pickles provided were excellent.

Overall it was a great experience. The subs were better than Subway’s for just a little more money. The online ordering worked flawlessly and the contactless pick up was very easy. The Hero sub was very good it had a good amount of meet and the flavors all come together good. The Club on a Sub was good but it was off little but that may have been my fault because I added oil and vinegar and that made the sub a bit too wet. I’m use to subway but these sub had more meet and less bread so they are not as dry and don’t need the extra oil & vinager.
