I’ve lived in Florida almost my entire life, yet there’s still so much I haven’t explored. I was invited out to dinner and Amare was the chosen spot. I’ll admit—I was a little nervous and skeptical since Mediterranean cuisine isn’t usually my go-to. But I’m a firm believer in trying something at least once the way it was meant to be enjoyed.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a wonderful young lady. Our party of five was seated comfortably with plenty of space—always a plus. We kicked things off with a few spirits; my glass of Moscato was absolutely perfect. Then came ordering time … and let me tell you, everything we ordered was amazing. When I say cooked to perfection, I mean chef’s kiss.

We sampled so many dishes that I honestly can’t name them all, but hopefully the pictures will do them justice ‍♀️. Our waiter, Ryan, was hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever encountered—top-notch service from start to finish.

I highly recommend making a reservation, as we did. This experience truly opened my eyes (and palate), and I can’t wait to continue exploring. Great food, great service, and great company—an all-around fantastic experience!

Amare restaurant at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is simply incredible! We had Christmas dinner there as a group of five, and the meal was absolutely perfect. We were able to get a reservation easily, and we were exceptionally well taken care of by Kim (ask for her if you go, her service is impeccable).

For starters, we ordered the Signature Ishkabubble Bread, which was perfectly seasoned and served at the ideal temperature, and the Fried Calamari, which was also delicious and not rubbery at all.

For the main course, I had the Grilled Souvlaki, and it was cooked exactly to the doneness I asked for. My mom and sister shared the Sea Bass al Cartoccio, which comes wrapped in parchment paper and has a beautiful presentation. We didn’t have room for dessert, but I’m sure it would have been amazing too.

Amare at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is an absolute gem — a calm and relaxing Mediterranean-inspired restaurant just steps away from EPCOT and the Disney BoardWalk. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt like a breath of fresh air — elegant yet welcoming, with soft lighting, modern decor, and a peaceful vibe that made it the perfect way to unwind after a day in the parks.
The service was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Our server went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday dinner special, even surprising her with a beautiful slice of olive oil lemon cake. It was light, citrusy, and delicious — the perfect finish to a wonderful meal.

Everything we tried was bursting with flavor and freshness. The hummus was creamy and perfectly seasoned, served with warm, soft bread that we couldn’t stop eating. The Brussels sprouts were crispy and caramelized, and the fried chicken was one of the best we’ve ever had — tender on the inside with a perfectly golden crust and a hint of Mediterranean spice.

The kids’ meal pasta was a huge hit too — simple, flavorful, and portioned just right. It’s rare to find a restaurant that manages to please both adults and kids so effortlessly, but Amare does it beautifully.

From start to finish, our dinner felt like a true experience — calm, flavorful, and filled with care. If you’re near EPCOT or the BoardWalk and looking for a relaxing, five-star dining experience that combines fresh Mediterranean flavors with Disney hospitality, Amare is a must-visit.

Amazing, delicious and top notch restaurant. We had an absolute wonderful dinner experience at Amare. Taylor, our waitress, went above and beyond explaining the menu, food description and taking care of us as if we were her only table. Her knowledge of food and her love of serving others shown in everything she did. I had the pleasure of being seated facing the open kitchen. I watched as they intricately made their food creations. Each station chef knew their specialty as the head Chef complimented his team as the orders came to life. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we were delightfully surprised with a delicious dessert ( blueberry cheesecake). BEST RESTAURANT AT DISNEY!!!! We will be back.

Dining at Amare in the Swan Reserve did not disappoint. The food was outstanding with the Israeli fried chicken hummus and the sea bass both packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. Our server Ivan made the night even better. He was professional, attentive, and offered excellent recommendations that elevated the whole meal. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, making it a great spot for a memorable dinner. I highly recommend eating here, especially if you are staying at the Swan Reserve.

This was such a lovely experience through magical dining. Everything was phenomenal and the presentation was visually pleasing.

The portion size was more than enough. We ordered the lamb kofta and calamari for an appetizer. The lamb was perfectly made (chef’s kiss) and it was beautifully plated. They gave oversized portion of calamari with an option of sauces. For the main course we ordered the Grilled Souvlaki and Swordfish Chermoula. Both were good dishes however, the chicken in the souvlaki was a little dry. It had the potential to be better but I could tell they over seasoned it which made it slightly saltier than I would like but the flavors were good overall.

Lastly, for dessert we got the Greek yogurt cheesecake and the olive oil cake. It was so much food I could not finish. The olive oil cake was the best I’ve ever had! I would definitely recommend this place for a nice date night. The ambiance was very relaxed but elegant. The service is always great. They have an open kitchen where you can see them prepare your food and the views were stunning.

We had Magical Dining at the last day of it. I was surprised by how everything delivered to the table. I’m a food and beverage manager that have been in the industry for more than 15 years. I can tell that the Chef put His/Her passion into the details of every dishes. Yet it’s a promotional set menu, but they took it to another level. Taylor help us to make a memorable dinner. She’s really helpful, very well trained of the menu knowledge, easy going young lady. Thank you guys!

Outstanding service!!! The server is so professional, patient, and friendly! But the only food I like is their pita and bread, as well as the three sauces, that’s all. Their entrees does not taste good, meat are tough, don’t recommend!

We enjoyed sampling Amare for the first time through the Magical Dining options. To start, my companion and I ordered our separate appetizers. I was pleasantly surprised to see the full size appetizers with the Magical Dining option whereas they could have done individual sizes. The calamari with an aioli and also a tomato sauce was exquisite – perfectly tender and yet with the right amount of crunch for the breading. The other appetizer was their salad option that was also quite tasty! Ordered separate was their hummus appetizer which was superb as well.

For entrees, she had the chicken kebab and while it looked good, she was not happy with the texture of the thighs. I had swordfish which was also tasty, though cooked a bit long and it ended up dry. I preferred it without the accompanying sides.

The two cocktails – found that the **back** of the wine menu – were superb. The first was a Rose cocktail of sorts with Campari, Grapefruit and a Rose liqueur. It was well balanced, heavy on the citrus and not bitter at all. Rose hints were very subtle. If you’re going for floral, then the Viola is for you! I absolutely loved the Viola with gin, Violet liquor and the cucumber elixir. If you don’t like floral, you will not like this drink! I do, and I would return for drinks anytime!

On to desserts, the chocolate tahini tart was reportedly good. There is a raspberry filling in the center that is not pictured. Their olive cake is the start of the show! Think of it like a pineapple upside down cake with the right balance of light, and the flavor profile of pineapple and cake without being too rich. Add some dole whip at the park and you wouldn’t ever leave!

What keeps Amare from being spectacular is the service. It took awhile to get waters, to place our orders and then service was slow in between courses as well. We noticed an air of indifference with our server that isn’t what you come to expect when enjoying a meal at an on-property restaurant. Maybe they had an off day or someone called in sick. At then least the food was almost spot on and the drinks impeccable!
