If I could give more stars I would. All I can say is WOW. Night and day difference since the initial take over. New manager and staff. DARIO the GM is 100% hands on in all aspects. A total gentleman. From the moment we stepped in the door we felt the difference. Our server Jose was terrific. Excellent recommendations and very attentive. The food was off the charts. There is no wrong choice people when it comes to this place. I implore everyone in the Weston, Southwest Ranches & Davie location looking for a real Italian meal to indulge instead of driving to east fort lauderdale.

Incredible experience!! We celebrated my fiancée’s birthday here tonight and we were all so happy and had such a wonderful time! Carmelo was our server and he was phenomenal! He recommended the sea bass and it was so delicious! He also recommended a few different salami’s and cheeses to try and he was right! Extraordinary flavors! They gave us complimentary champagne nicely chilled and bubbly sweetness! Everyone was so friendly and greeted us with loving smiles! The food was amazing! The manager came to our table to make sure we were all enjoying ourselves! We had the tiramisu for desert and they sang Happy Birthday! Recently used the private room of Salumeria 104 for my daughter’s bridal shower. The staff was very accommodating and didn’t rush my party, very relaxed about the finish time. The food was plentiful and delicious. The waiters were attentive and kept the food and wine flowing throughout the function. I worked with a manager and event manager Julia and they helped me carry out the vision for the party. It was a fabulous experience. Not cheap, but good value for the service and quality of food. I’d book future parties there!

This was our first time at Salumeria 104 and we had a great experience. Fabio was amazing — excellent customer service! He was so patient with us while we decided what to order, and he helped us as first-timers. I took his recommendation and ordered the Ravioli di Spinaci — it was really good! I also loved the Spicy Margarita; I didn’t even know that was possible! Salumeria 104 has great food and an amazing staff. We would definitely recommend it to friends and plan to come back for Valentine’s Day!
