Went through the drive through and got my daughter some nacho fries but they ended up being cold & hard. So we went back in to get a new Oder of them. The lady on first shift was absolutely amazing, she apologized, made us fresh fries plus a bigger size, gave both my daughters an orange freeze. I didn’t expect all of that but she went ABOVE and beyond. She deserves a raise.

Skimpiest Taco Bell Iv ever been to. Crunchwrap had basically no meat in it at all. Quesadilla was the same, Basically just a tortilla with the tiniest amount of cheese a a couple pieces of chicken. Total jip. Also took 20 minutes to get thru the drive thru and there was only 3 cars in the drive thru. Never stopping here again, don’t waste your money (or time).

Kinda gross, lady at the front who checked my order in had a very dirty shirt, what’s worse is she was carrying around her drink and a whole pack of cigarettes with one between her fingers. That’s beyond disgusting. I understand working at fast food is hard, but at least don’t make it disgusting.

We had one trip from IL to home, this was one stop of the 11 hrs road trip. We had car electric issues and couldn’t start the car! The staffs were sooo nice to help with offering jump start and beverage to help out! Really appreciate the help. Big big hugs from us. Love Franklin;)

I eat lunch everyday at 8:00 p.m. between all the restaurants at King and 65 seems like somebody will have good food every restaurant around there sucks . The only one I never go to is Culver’s because they’re always too crowded, If I had more time that would be my pick of choice. Taco Bell is always disgusting, McDonald’s is horrible, Subway veggies look horrible, waffle House made me sick, probably food poisoning. The barbecue place is over priced. So is the Chicago pizza place .

Tried to order ahead online and it did not work. When we went through the drive thru the workers were extremely rude. Whenever we would make changes to an item (my husband is allergic to dairy) they would go “wow” like they were annoyed. Ended up just leaving because of how rude they were. This was the breakfast shift.

The sauce packets were so organized that I HAD to write this joint a review! Us and the guys stopped for brunch. TOP NOTCH. The kitchen staff was super clean and QUICK! Happy to have stopped by. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for wonderful service and a pleasant atmosphere!!

Ordered our food at the kiosk and waited 30 minutes, 10 cars passed through the drive through and our food still hadn’t been started. When asked for a refund to be able to get food elsewhere to get back on the road the staff then started to yell, make a scene and make jokes about us
