At Poké Bar, we believe fast food should be fresh food. From our premium ingredients to our exceptional service, eating healthy has never been easier—or more enjoyable! What is a Poké Bowl? Aside from being the most delicious thing you’ll ever eat, poké (pronounced “POH-keh”) bowls are a Hawaiian staple that feature raw, diced fish traditionally tossed with rice, vegetables and sauces. At Poké Bar, we put our own spin on the island favorite, starting our poké bowls with a base of rice, noodles, or greens. From there, we add your choice of fish, mix-ins, sauces, sides and toppings for a healthy meal that’s all your own.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Poke Bar – Long Beach

I just had an amazing experience at Poke Bar in Long Beach. The place is clean, the ingredients are super fresh, and the portions are solid. You can taste the quality in every bite — the salmon and tuna were perfect, and the toppings were crisp and flavorful.

The customer service was also on point. The staff was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The atmosphere is relaxed, modern, and perfect for a quick meal or hanging out for a bit.

If you’re looking for a spot with great flavor, fresh seafood, and top-tier service, Poke Bar in Long Beach is definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Highly recommend!

Went out to lunch in Long Beach, and I was craving poke. I haven’t had poke since Hawaii.

Parking: We found metered street parking down the street and walked to the spot.

Ambiance/Environment: It’s a small space with some indoor seating and one table outside. It’s a very casual spot. Decently clean.

Service: When we walked in, we were directed to fill out the order sheet. You’d check box everything you want in your Poké bowl on the order sheet, but you can also order other items from the menu. The worker could improve on her professionalism, but she was quick & efficient.

What we ordered:

1) Large Poké bowl – 2 bases, 4 proteins, half brown rice & half spring mix, ahi tuna, salmon, spicy tuna, seared albacore topped w/ carrots, cilantro, corn, cucumber, edamame, pineapple, sweet onions, spicy house sauce, spicy mayo sauce, seaweed salad, crispy garlic, masago, sesame seeds, furikake. Everything tasted fresh! The bowl was also packed. My favorite proteins are the salmon and ahi!

2) Grilled Salmon Bowl – This had a generous amount of rice. I’d prefer another piece of salmon. Though, it was cooked well and the sauce was delicious.

3) Ramen – I noticed they had a ramen machine. We first purchased the ramen at the register and chose our toppings. Then we were given a bowl. It was very easy to follow the instructions!

4) Matcha Green Tea – This was supposedly their popular drink. It was decent .. I’d describe it as mediocre. Definitely not premium matcha. The boba tasted as expected.

Pricing: The Poké bowl was definitely worth its price. I really enjoyed my bowl.

Being that I’m originally from Hawaii and am Native Hawaiian mixed race, I like to try different types of poke restaurants. Plus I know how to make my own poke.

I chose the 2 proteins poke bowl and got the ahi tuna and salmon.
I have to say that the portions of it is worth the money!

The fish is very fresh quality. It doesn’t have that hard fish taste to it. The fish is fresh where it tastes like poke should taste like.
And it actually reminded me of Foodland poke. And if you from Hawaii, you know you know!

I also got the white rice with furikake on it, and got it mixed with edamame (soybeans), masago (fish eggs), sesame seeds, green onion, furikake, and the semi-spicy sauce.
I also picked the imitation crab and seaweed as sides.

The imitation crab doesn’t have mayo in it, as its just shredded and soft.

The poke is fresh tasting and portions are actually big.
And the presentation of the poke bowl is nice too!

The poke ingredients are mixed right in front of you and the customer service, including friendliness are a bonus!

This restaurant has chairs and tables to sit at, and its welcoming.

If you plan on visiting, there’s meter parking right outside their door. But its worth it!
Plus you can hear Hawaiian reggae playing at the door too.

The poke taste is worth it and I will be back again!

I was was tired, frustrated, and hungry after a exhausting day. I decided to grab some grub and parked at the Best Western parking lot because they share it with Poke Bar. I opened the door of the place and sounds of Wu-Tang Clan pleased my ear and ripped me out of the low mood I was previously in. The line to eat was long but well worth it. Your Poke is built here, similar to Chipotle so you can customize things how you like. It’s not the cheapest meal but worth it because of the size and verity of ingredients. People were friendly and my tummy was very happy with the end result. I’m so happy places like this are appearing in the downtown area.

The one thing I truly love about this location is they have so many choices!!!

They are well known for their “this is how we bowl poke bowls made your way” fast, fresh and served with a smile! All of their ingredients are fresh and sushi grade seafood is used in all their bowls.

First you choose your protein, then your mix ins, sauces, sides and toppings.

At the Long Beach location you can also get your proteins cooked should you or your friends not like raw ingredients. Which is amazing because so many times I have a poke craving and if I am with my friends that don’t eat raw, we just don’t go. Craving does not get fulfilled. At the Long Beach location you can bring your friends and everyone can enjoy all the freshness and create their own bowl!!

They also have a build your own ramen station!

For dessert they offer an array of frozen delights including ice cream mochi

I recently visited Poke Bar in Long Beach and had a fantastic experience with their build-your-own poke bowl. The medium size is generous, offering three scoops of fresh seafood that were vibrant and flavorful. I had salmon, spicy tuna, and shrimp.

I also tried the grilled salmon bowl, which had a nice char and a savory glaze that complemented the fish without overpowering it. The teriyaki spam bowl was a delightful surprise; the spam was crispy on the edges, with a sweet teriyaki sauce that added a unique twist.

The variety of choices at Poke Bar is impressive. From different seafood options to a plethora of garnishes and mix-ins, the customization allows for endless combinations.

The quality of ingredients, ability to personalize each bowl, and friendly service make Poke Bar a must-visit in Long Beach.
