The manager, Chris decided to yell at me in front of 10 other people in the lobby. He also told me I wasn’t a customer, while I was drinking a coffee that I had just bought from this store, a few minutes ago. He told his staff to put doordash orders on hold, because of their business volume at the time. I’ll never go back to this store again, what a shame, a valued customer of over 20 years, getting yelled at by who should’ve been the most calm person there, that’s why Chris is labeled as the manager here, but apparently not today. I’ll never return or offer any of my business to this store again, as long as he’s still employed there.

Was bummed when I found out they don’t take cash. The manager was rude and said well it works for us. Horrible management. Never returning to this location I used to go to dunkin a lot but this experience gave me a sour taste probably won’t go to any dunkin anymore. Also the drive through line is a mile long.

Chris and Jason run a top notch Dunkin coffee shop. Food is fantastic, the service is amazing and the atmosphere is over the top.

If I wanted to make a bagel, I would’ve stayed home. Since when does Dunkin not apply the cream cheese to the bagel at the drive-through? Are they gonna start giving us the cream for our coffee and making us pour that in too? Horrible

I love going to this specific Dunkin, my order is always correct, never have to wait long in line, and the drive thru people at the windows are always so friendly!! Great job to Westwood Dunkin!

so unprepared, you walk into a donut shop and expect there to be donuts and they did not tell a singular customer, i had ordered my donut before i walked into the store, i see my order and go up to get it but just find an empty folded bag with nothing inside, they did not say anything to any customer asking if they would like a refund, they just handed out empty bags. Then when i asked for a refund their customer service was terrible, the lady that answered me gave me such an attitude and acted like it was a burden for me to ask for a refund although they couldn’t tell me they had nothing left. This store is completely unprofessional and unprepared and is never clean anytime i walk in. My advice is , go to a different dunkin since this dunkin can’t be prepared or have any nice customer service it does not deserve the business.
