First time visiting William Irish Tavern and it won’t be our last! We tried the Shepherd’s Pie and the Open-Face Reuben, and both were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was spot on, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and a warm environment!

My daughter and son-in-law really enjoy Williams, a cozy local tavern in Washington, NJ. I especially prefer visiting in the summer when you can sit outside on the back deck and enjoy the fresh air. The food is good, but the appetizers are even better—definitely worth trying!

Great local tavern restaurant. Brunch on Sunday has a wide selection of choices. Friendly service, tables and a bar to sit at. There is a covered outdoor area when the weather permits. Plenty of TVs to watch sports, jukebox is available. Plenty of parking.

Food is amazing and Savannah the server was really good. Kudos to how fast she operates getting everyone’s order fulfilled. Best part about this place is the TRIVIA game on Wednesdays hosted by Matt.They do it alternate Wed but it was super fun. Only drawback about the place is food takes time once ordered so order in advance. They also have a Alchohol tester if you get little extra drunk. Overall great place and would definitely recommend.

I stumbled across this place and decided to introduce a few of my friends… and boy did we have a great time!! Our bartender, Savannah, was right on point with getting everyone’s drinks and food orders. We were a nice size group and ordered some wings with different sauces and a few pretzels… both were AMAZING!!! I cannot wait to get back here!!

We stopped here after a viewing. The food here was good. We had fish and chips and a burger. My martini was very dirty delicious!
There are darts and a big bar. Small narrow back dining area that was just fine. Our waitress was very nice and attentive.

Rarely give a review anymore or a 5x but this place merits it. Ordered NY strip and 2 pints of Guinness. Excellent quality and service. Attention to detail. My group ordered a cheeseburger and fish and chips as well, eVeryone left happy and we are not an easy group to please. Hats off to the cook and wait staff. Plus enjoyed the 90’s rock in the background.

The best staff! Always super friendly, the food is always great (the best fries!), they have great live music and it’s a really chill, welcoming atmosphere. Pool table out back, front patio to enjoy in nice weather… It’s the best bar in town, by far and I always recommend this place to everyone. Savannah, Paola and Ajay are the best!

Been here before it was good. Wings, burgers, mozzarella sticks, fries were great that time. This time was terrible. Waited an hour+ for subpar food. I would never eat it again. Drinks are like water. The bartender did take 2 drinks off for the wait. Which was nice. She was good. But I dont think I will be going again, unless it’s for some quick snacks. It also wasn’t busy. I got chicken with mushroom gravy…. the chicken had no flavor… actually nothing had flavor. Those were all the mushrooms on top. It was just not good. My fiancé got the Ruben and said if stouffers made it it would be better. Try at your own risk.
