Carl’s Jr. has always been one of my favorite restaurants, and I’ve visited this particular location around five times. However, I’ve noticed a serious and ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. Upon entering, there is an overwhelming odor that suggests poor sanitation, and the presence of numerous flies further adds to the concern.
The environment is so unpleasant that I was unable to dine in and had to take my meal to go. If the condition of the dining area is any indication, I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. It’s surprising and disappointing that a brand like Carl’s Jr. is represented by this location in its current state.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that someone from corporate visits this location to assess the situation firsthand.

Why did Manuel here try a make me park some place else and not wait at the drive thru … It wasn’t that long maybe 10-13 min for 2 burgers. the food was fresh, well as fresh as fast foods can get ….so I’m confused there wasn’t anyone inside or outside the restaurant…was that to make it seem they were fast in the drive thru …might as well go inside..

By far the worse experience I’ve ever been to. To begin with the smell of that location is awful. Went in to dine in and immediately had to walk out as we where given our order. Food was disgusting old lettuce and dipped in oil. Health department needs to take a visit to this location . I can imagine the conditions of the kitchen.

5 stars for night manager, Johnny! This was mine and friends first time ever at Carl’s Jr. Place was empty, but John was so nice and helpful. Gave us tips on everything, including local sight seeing. Tried the “Beyond Meat” burger, and liked it enough. Fresh and tasty (as far as fast food goes).. Restaurant was clean, and apparently they’ll be renovating soon to update the facilities.

Dude. i dont normally get cjs because its so expensive. But i decided to go and ordered a double patty el diablo lettuce wrapped. I get to my office, and no patties. just everything BUT the patties. Amateurs, man.

I came to this Carl’s Jr to get a bite to eat. The restaurant was surrounded with homeless people. Not much but few to make you uncomfortable. The begging for money gets annoying when your trying to get yourself something to eat! To top it off, 2 combos where over 30 bucks! Carl’s Jr getting pricey especially in a spot where homeless people are always around ♂️

Avoid this location. Understaffed and the older guy at the register mischarged me and lost my coupon on multiple occasions and you will wait a very long time to even order and receive your food. This location in general makes me want to have an aneurysm. I got my bacon western and it was not fresh and seemed soggy and bland compared to other locations. The place itself is clean because people don’t come here for a reason. Order here at ur own risk.
