I use to love Pepperoni’s but the service has declined over the years. Recently they’ve started using Dashers to deliver customers food with no forewarning beyond a text passing off for the customer to contact the 3rd party to arrange handover of your order.
I personally only purchased from here because it’s local in Sienna and I trusted their employees to safely deliver. Sadly this evening will be my last order.
On the upside, the Doordasher, Franc, was super nice and professional.

The reality is most pizza franchise locations vary in quality, cleanliness and service. This Pepperoni’s has far exceeded the original and a couple others in Fort Bend in every category. The reason is the owner being present a lot, the people he hires and the way he teaches and engrains the philosophy of doing it right. Kudos!

Very disappointing experience at this Pepperoni Pizza location. The night staff member at the front controls order priority and appears to favor regular customers. If he doesn’t seem to like you, your order gets pushed to the end.
Every customer who asked about their order was told the same thing: “Not ready.” The store was extremely slow, with no explanation or urgency. Instead of managing orders efficiently, it felt like excuses were being made for the long delays.
Customer service needs serious improvement, especially during night hours. I won’t be returning unless this changes.

Very kind young man Alex help me with my order. He also informed me of specials I didn’t even know about. He presented a very welcoming and happy vibe! The restaurant is in top-shape! Not a crumb on the floor! ⭐️ Makes dining-in experience pleasant again.

Much better pizza than both Domino’s and Papa John’s. This pizza actually toppings and is properly sliced like a pizza is supposed to be. They also have desserts. The cannolis are okay as was the tiramisu.

In my opinion pepperonis has the best pizza around. It’s not crazy salty, has an even spread of sauce and the everything generally tastes really fresh. It does take a while for the pizza to get cooked but that’s honestly the only downside.

This is a pretty great pizza place. Non GMO foods make these pizzas a real treat. The Greek salad was delicious even though it was served with a receipt right on it! I’ll be back hopefully no more recipe salads bit you can’t beat the price for the high quality food. Serving Gold peak tea.

I was very pleased with the service, cleanliness of the business and atmosphere. My background is HR, so it’s all about respect and customer service for me. I am new to this area and Pyro’s Pizza in the mid-south is the go to spot for brick oven style pizza. The cauliflower crust was cooked good and I must say that they did have at least 95% of my favorite veggies, which is why I gave them a 4. I will definitely be going again.

I placed an online order for pickup last week. I went to the restaurant but it was closed. I don’t understand why they allow online orders to go through if the place is closed for whatever reason. Fine. I went to eat somewhere else. I assumed that the pending charge would be reversed but nope, it went through anyway. I was charged for a pizza I did not receive. So I called a few days later to ask if I could either pick up the pizza or get a refund. First I was told they would make the pizza and I could pick it up but a few minutes later they called me back saying they couldn’t make the pizza. Thats ok. So they said they would give me a refund. Well, it’s been several days and they still did not refund me.

Unprofessional! The two girls tonight at the front cashier were extremely rude, and unhelpful. They wanted to shoo me away when they “couldn’t find my order” they tried to gaslight me and even went as far as to say that there is “another Sienna Pepperoni’s location” that my order is placed at, when In fact there isn’t! I live here in Sienna, I would know if there is another location.And I showed them the address and phone number to the Pepperonis I placed an order at, which was set for Sienna. I even called in front of these girls, and they refused to answer the phone, because they knew it was me calling them. That’s what really upset me! Greatly offended that they purposely ignored my call. The girl just let the phone rang for a good two minutes, while watching me call their pepperonis phone. Finally the manager, an older fella. Helped me figure it out and when I called the phone, he picked it up and saw that I am telling the truth. He then made sure to place an order for me, but he DID NOT offer anything for me to be compensated for my time, and my Uber driver had to wait an extra 15 mins, and I had to tip my Uber driver even more because of Pepperonis irresponsibility. Please hire more professional staff. Those girls tonight had poor service! They should not be allowed to interact with customers with that type of attitude! Also, I found this metal like thing in my Alfredo pasta. Very petty of this establishment.
