I picked up the Make your own Poke bowl, the portions are generous and fresh. I chose white rice, Tuna, & shrimp, tofu salad and seaweed.

The poke Bowl here is elite I chose half sushi rice/salad seaweed, salmon + shrimp edemame.

The spicy salmon and shrimp poke bowl was fantastic! The protein was incredibly fresh and marinated to perfection. The generous portions were a huge plus, and the quality of the rice and seaweed was top-notch. The sweet sauce tied it all together beautifully.

After a few days of indulging in classic American fried specialties, we were craving something fresh – and ended up at Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar.

It was absolutely worth it: the wakame was crisp and refreshing, the fish on the rice perfectly balanced, and the overall quality truly impressive.

What surprised us most is that this little gem is located right in a food court – yet it still feels refined and stylish.

Conclusion: If you’re in New York and in the mood for authentic, high-quality sushi, this spot is a must! ✨

Reasonably priced, consistently fresh, and generously portioned—this poke and sushi spot is a go-to for balanced, flavorful meals. For around $22, you get a base, two proteins, and two veggies, with a variety of toppings available for a small extra charge. I’ve eaten here several days in a row without getting bored.

Today, I accidentally spilled my food, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder—they remade my exact bowl, down to the toppings, completely free of charge. That kind of care and hospitality is rare.

Highly, highly recommend if you’re looking for something clean, filling, quick, and delicious!

A zen counter sushi lunch experience amidst a sea of chaotic lunch crowd.

Our server was efficient and friendly.

The eggplant and shiitake mushroom appetizer was delicious with a kick of hot sauce.

The specialty rolls were perfect – clean, delicious and just right for lunch.

Located within Hudson Eats but has own dine-in area. Service manager is attentive and friendly. The happy hour deal is great, fresh seafood, sushi rice temperature just nice, variety of seafood is reasonable good.

$24 may seem like a lot for a Poke bowl but the amount of food and quality was super high. Great value and delicious. The people who work here a really nice too.

It’s quite sad that the happy hour price of a roll increased from $5 to $7 in less than 9 months (the last menu photo I checked on Google review).
But overall it’s still good value, and it tastes great
Good service and 0 waiting time (we went on Thursday at around 18:10)

Most pathetic sashimi donburi I have ever had. Five slices of salmon, a sprinkle of pickles and probably half a pound of rice for $21. I love sushi and will make the extra effort for excellent sushi but this was just shameful. Their poké bowl is a better option with better portioned fish and toppings, also at $21, pricy for a poke bowl.

A great place to get fresh sushi, have some sake and a beer. The rolls are made well with great flavors. The service is fast and efficient. You can either sit at the sushi bar or sit a table overlooking the Hudson river with views of the Statue of Liberty. I highly recommend this place when at the Brookfield Mall. Take advantage of their happy our specials – you will not be disappointed.
