Will you specifically order a drink and say no foam because I actually like the drink I want all the way to the rim… it’s absolutely ridiculous. Take the lid off my drink. The cup is like 3/4 full. Do they even read your order request?

honestly disappointed with this. yes they were busy but they messed up my drink and didn’t follow what i asked for. if im paying 6 dollars for a drink i expect you to make it right. light ice is not a hard concept.

Remember the times of sitting in a Starbucks and enjoying your coffee and food, maybe while getting some work done or catching up with a friend? It seems Starbucks doesn’t like that so they’ve converted some locations into this grab and go concept to discourage people from actually spending time in their stores.

The drinks were as usual but I hate this whole concept and won’t be back. If I’m in a hurry and don’t want to stay, I’ll go through a drive through but this location doesn’t have one. Instead, you still have to walk inside so it’s neither convenient nor appealing.

From the photos it looks like this was once an actual Starbucks, but sadly the photos are quite deceptive – this is now a Starbucks ‘pickup’ location, which means there are no tables and it is designed for mobile orders only. I’m sure it’s fine if that’s what you want but it’s not what was advertised. Avoid this if you want a sit-down experience (or if you want to dissuade Starbucks from making more of these chairless locations.)

We did a drive through today for a vanilla oat milk latte and a large hot black tea. Our orders were prepared to order with stevia on the side, hot and delicious.

This is more of an indoor kiosk than a coffee shop. They don’t have the full menu or any tables. We ended up leaving for the one down Maryland. Good if you just need a basic cup of coffee on your way to work.

I visit this Starbucks every time I’m in Brentwood and it never disappoints. I’m a “coffee in the morning” kind of person, so my visits are always during the morning rush. This place is always slamming between 7am and 9am, but there’s a hustle to this team that is amazing. It’s not uncommon to walk in and see a dozen or more drinks already prepared (I’m assuming ordered on the SBUX app), waiting for someone to come in and pick it up.

The inside can get a bit crowded, as busy as they get, with people both waiting to place their order and then waiting to pick them up. Yes, it can be a bit chaotic with all that, but there’s a method to this madness. The staff is busy preparing drinks and breakfast items in a strangely choreographed manner. They all work fast and focused and with as many times as I’ve visited, none of them has ever appeared frustrated or unhappy. Even when asking for suggestions or questions, the staff replies helpfully, not as it you’re interrupting their work flow.

My only complaint (and it’s not one that I’d take a star away for) would be the design of the location. From the door to the counter to the waiting area requires you to cross paths with a bunch of people, causing confusion and congestion. A second door close to the ordering counter would do a lot to alleviate that kind of mess.

Went in today to grab a coffee. Ordered and was served pretty promptly. But I watched how so many people interacted (or didn’t) with the team and a couple were just downright rude. Colette was my barista today and she handled every thing like a champ. I don’t like the new formatting of the store and I like to give credit where credit is due.

I love Starbucks and will continue to go here. However, I tend to get skimped on my latte which is super disappointing. It’s like they gave me a mini but I paid for a tall. A little frustrating since I paid more for what I got.

The baristas here are always so sweet and they make the best drinks of all the Starbucks locations in the Nashville/Franklin area 🙂
