We were super excited to have ribs and chicken wings, but that soon turned to utter disappointment and regret. My ribs were charred to the point of being better advertised as burnt beef jerky with accompanied liquefied fat. It was the absolute worst! They didnt send the corn bread we ordered ale cart. The beans and corn were gross. The chicken wings were supposed to be buffalo and instead we got rubbery, fatty BBQ wings. This was our first time ordering and will definitely be our last.

After being at the water park all day, this place was what we needed to end the day.
For a chain Bbq restaurant, the food is really good. They happen to have a special for the night for their 30th anniversary. It definitely did what they said it would, fill us up with some left over for a family of 6 to take home.
Ribs were on point tonight and the cornbread was .
Smoked chicken was delicious.
Kid friendly and the booths are big enough for a family of 6.
Highly Recommended this place.

Never even was able to place an order,got put on hold guy comes on line asking what I needed,I then told him your” Thursday special American family deal” he then says “I don’t even know what that is” I stated “it’s on your website” he had NO clue so I asked about chicken he rambled on about something which made no sense at that point I was done and couldn’t even Fatham him or anyone there making my food!!!

This might actually be the worst bbq i’ve ever had…
The brisket was not tender(like at all) and the flavor was cheapish.
The chicken was super juicy but the flavor wasn’t there.
The pulled pork sandwich was an absolute disgrace to pulled-pork sandwiches everywhere. It was more like chunked, tough pork on a bun. And the amount of “pulled pork” on the bun was laughable.
Will not be back.

Was not impressed with this place at all. Nothing like the Branson location. Pulled pork came in big chunks, not “pulled” at all. And was too tough to eat. Brisket was just okay at best. Very chewy and not fresh. Will not be back unfortunately.

Very disappointed at what Famous Dave’s has become. Use to LOVE this restaurant. I guess when they started closing everywhere that should’ve been a sign to not drive hours to get to one.
