I stopped by for a cheeseburger, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Communication through the speaker was difficult, so an employee stepped outside to take my order directly. I made sure to confirm everything carefully before she went back inside, but the order screen was never updated and I received the wrong items. When I politely brought this to their attention, a different staff member came out and was genuinely pleasant as she retook my order. Unfortunately, when the original employee delivered the corrected burger, her attitude had completely changed—she became dismissive and insisted I’d never mentioned any issues, despite having clearly explained the problem just moments before. My shake was also wrong, but at that point I decided it wasn’t worth another confrontation and left. What makes this especially frustrating is the pattern—nearly every visit involves some kind of mistake with my order. It’s gotten to the point where I’m hesitant to return, which is disappointing considering how conveniently located the restaurant is.

I asked for easy ice in my drink and I got more than half a cup of ice. They don’t listen very well when you order. If you looked at the pictures you can see on the inside of the cup and I marked it with my thumb on the outside and the second picture. That is not easy ice

I understand they get busy but when multiple times an online order gets messed up is ridiculous especially when I tell them what the receipt said. And when they want me to switch around food with my bare hands in-between bags that is probably going to another customer. That should not be allowed cross contamination……….

Got a great deal with coupons that came in the mail!!hot fudge sundae, 2 pretzel twists, 2 corn dogs and small order of cheese sticks for $8.75! Fast service gave a $2 tip food was great we took food home to eat so I was in the car while there thus the 4 star atmosphere.

Make sure you guys count your change.. I paid with a 20 and was told she had to go inside for the change, about 5 minutes later she comes back with only $5. I was supposed to get back $9

Really good people here. Sometimes it is slower due to a short staff but they are always kind and when their system went down on one of my past orders, I couldn’t pay because i only had card. They didn’t fault me for having no cash on me, amd just let me have the food when i tried to give it back. They also seem to be open longer than all the other sonics I’ve been to nearby recently.

I am so over this location. They do not prepare orders correctly, half the staff is rude the other half really don’t care. The last 3x we have ordered from there we are food was burnt or just stopped together. The drinks are never made correctly either. The 1 good thing is their ice machine is fixed to bad I keep asking for ice and still getting not only ice but extra ice in my drinks. Save your money and go to Barling, Booneville or Paris.

Food meets sonic standards. They are a little slower than a lot of other Sonics in the area, but are always friendly. Also this location does not allow tipping through the app. If I do not have cash on me to tip, I will not stop here, and I never have cash
