Ordered chicken. Got a burger. Didn’t want to wait for another meal to be prepared from frozen. Ate the burger. While it tastes good, it is quite pink. The lack of care in the world today is depressing. I know it’s a low paying job, but it’s your job. Take pride in doing it well.
Oh, and I wasn’t asked if I was dining in or not. Just served in a paper sack. Which I used as a tray.

It’s been about a year since I been here. I would not recommend. The place was extremely dirty garage all over dining area. Juice everywhere all over the floor. Tables were all dirty. Was gonna eat there but decided to take it home with me. When I got home my burger was red in the middle. It was not cooked all the way. Very disappointed in every aspect. This really questions how the employee section looks where they cook?The food and prep the food. As someone who is a supervisor in food service, I was very disappointed. I do correctional food service. And I hold my employees to the highest degree of cleanliness and senitary. Today’s date is 3-30-25 this was around 8:30pm.

Slow , couldn’t hear what the lady said so manager got on the speaker to yell repeating the order back , got to windows hey had bad attitudes very slow . Fries was burnt asked for ketchup and mayo she said it was a 1$ fee. Mind you I had not one condiment. Didn’t want to return food due to their attitudes. Gave it to the homeless man at the truck stop.

Slowest Arby’s ever, I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before i was acknowledged. Then another 10 minutes after i paid. They have employees standing around talking. The tea taste like the lines, or the pot has never been cleaned. They’re rude. And my order was wrong. So I sat for my order again. By then my cheese sticks were cold. There was no one else in the drive thru. I just don’t understand.

Waited 10 minutes in line (we were the only car) to find out after we ordered and paid that part of the food order was frozen and had to be refunded. Only two people working. Tons of food options marked unavailable. Traveling many hours on the road, trying to stop quickly but instead this was a waste of time. Feel bad for the kids trying to run the place, obviously management isn’t hiring enough ppl or supplying the products needed. Got a full refund and left. 🙁

About 2 weeks ago There Was a girl I can tell who hasn’t been working there long, but she Was the best worker I saw out of everyone!! She took my order Then ran to drop food and Taking drive thru payments!!! She Didn’t have a name tag But she was wearing A black Nike jacket I believe. I tipped her a couple dollars to show how much I thank her hard work. WHY ARE THE YOUNG WORKERS BETTER THAN THE MANAGEMENT?

The manager is horrible . She treats her employees like dogs . Talks to them any way she wants . Wonders why she can’t keep employees because she runs them away with her disrespectful mouth . It’s wrong the whole store is messed up ! She definitely needs to be replaced with a manger with respect and KNOWS HOW TO DO THE JOB CORRECTLY! the company is horrible I DO NOT RECOMMEND! This location used to be okay but has seriously gone down. My last three visits have been awful.
They gave me the completely wrong order & I complained online & received a card for a free meal. When I went to redeem the card, around 9pm on a Friday night, they had the drive thru closed with cones blocking it & no signs or reasons as to why. They also wouldn’t answer the phone when I tried to call. The last visit, where I finally got to redeem my free meal card, they yet again gave me the wrong order. I”M DONE. I won’t spend another dollar or waste another minute at this location. Apparently the owner or management is checked out & have no idea what’s happening or no desire to fix it. I’d advise steering clear of this location if you don’t want to be disappointed.
