You can tell the people working there absolutely do not wish to be working there at all. The small things like never refilling the lids for drinks and you can tell they definitely don’t want to be there. They don’t want to be cleaning or straightening. Throwing stuff around the food was okay at the time of the visit. There are Frosty Oreo brownie batter fusion was very disappointing for the price. No brownie taste at all. The chicken tender meal was okay but trying to get sauce. Was like having a root canal done. This is nice looking from the outside. Nice and fresh on the inside. Freshly built but definitely lacking customer service.

Place was great when it first opened but like nearly every fast food joint in winchester it’s gone to crap. Got everything we ordered and relatively quickly i might add. But the frys were somehow burnt but also cold when they handed them to me. Chicken nuggets were so overcooked they had shrunk to half the size they usually are and were so dry it was like eating chicken jerky. Burgers were incredibly messy in the wrap and the meat itself was also dry and obviously cooked and sat way past the amount of time they should’ve before going out the window. Frosty’s were good though.

Was hoping to try this place since they opened sort of recently. The people who work here don’t even want to be here and make you feel like you shouldn’t be there and should just leave. Got our food and it was so dry my mouth felt like a desert. Definitely won’t be coming back, would rather go to the taco bell next door….

We ordered food through the Wendy’s app and the pick up we chose was going through the drive-through. We get to the window and we were told to park in a parking spot marked with a blue sign, then get out of your car and come to a pick up window. When you order something and say you’re picking it up through the drive-through, then you shouldn’t have to get out of your vehicle and cross past the drive-through traffic to pick up an order that you should’ve been given to you from the window. Why does every restaurant have to do things out of the ordinary?
The french fries are overcooked look like they’ve been sitting under the warmer for who knows how long. We requested extra mayonnaise on the chicken sandwiches and got very little at all.
This was our third visit to our Wendy’s. It just opened and I might say that the first two visits we’re outstanding sometimes you can tell when the night shift comes on and the manager is not there or at least that’s how it seems.

I asked for a chrispy chicken plain with a vanilla frosty, they gave me a hambuger with cheese and bacon on it, forgot my drink with the big bag, and gave me a chocolate frosty. They dont know how to read or do there job.
