Ordered their new cheese steak sandwich, which was terrible! Served on a soggy hogie bun, and when I unwrapped it all I saw was bread, no meat or cheese. It tasted like it was under heat lamps for at least two hours! I could only eat half of it. What a waste of $8. I’m done with Arby’s for good.

So happy to have an arbys in lambertville. This location is gonna be a busy one. The food was great and fresh. The 1st day and staff were all great. I am truly happy for this location and it is 5 mins from home!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Got a fantastic treat today while scrolling through my menu choices and the Arby’s here in Lambertville has Jalapeño Poppers with the Bronco-Berry dipping sauce . It’s been a very long time since I’ve had them and I assumed they disappeared like so many of the awesome treats that I used to love. They also have Crinkle cut french fries . It’s very rare that I can eat real treats, but this was a nice change up.
I went inside for my mobile order. It was so nice in there. There were even Easter decorations . Who doesn’t love and miss that! Everyone was working and the restaurant was clean. Thank you for taking such good care of your customers and helping me achieve my craving . They were perfect. My order was still in process because I was early and it was hot and fresh.
Everything smelled delicious. Everything looked delicious .
I even saw them presenting food to a table of tiny little old ladies dining in.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I will absolutely be getting this again soon.

Yesterday I didn’t have the best food, however the sauces where perfect. Today Stephanie is replacing my order from yesterday which I brought back with me today.
I love this tiny restaurant and it’s so inviting.
I’m not leaving room for a bad review so I’ll fix it when I can. Great job team and thank you again Stephanie for excellent customer care.

Jalapeño Poppers are my favorite. Bronco berry sauce is the best. I got chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks, and a bourbon slider and the Pecan Chicken Salad Market Fresh Sandwich Combo with Blueberry Lemonade and Crinkle Cut French Fries. Absolutely delicious☺️ .

This Arby’s is always slow, especially the drive through. I was here last week and after placing my order, proceeded to advance one car in 15 minutes. I ended up having to leave because the wait took so long. This is not a single occurrence, and has happened to me on multiple occasions. After this experience, it is unlikely I will return, which is unfortunate because it was the only Arby’s my family and I visited with any frequency.

Ordered 2 burgers, fries, drink and mac balls. Waited in line at drive thru for a bit. Got home sandwich was wrong on both orders. Got turkey sandwichs, called manager had to go back ,wait in line to get corrected order. By time we got home fries cold. Thank God for air fryers! Burgers we undercooked quite pink inside and fried had to be reheated. Not ok! Paid alot for food , wasted gas having to go back. And someone else got burgers when they wanted turkey sandwiches. You may have the meats Arby’s but you need to work on cooking food correctly and filling orders correctly.

I so rarely post a review like this, but I’ve had it. This is a habitually slow restaurant but tonight’s experience was THE WORST. I made an online order for a 6:40pm pick up. I get to the parking lot at 6:37. The line for the pick up window wasn’t very long, only 4 cars in front of me. But I had to wait 30 minutes in line just to get to the speaker. I get my food and it tastes it was made half an hour before I picked it up. Best advice, choose another restaurant. These guys are just way too slow. I wasted $13

Last week, I placed an app order with Arby’s on Secor & Sterns. As soon as I submitted the order, the app said there was a communication problem and the order may have not gone through. Grr. So I went into Arby’s to inquire about it, and the guy at the counter was so helpful and funny; actually all the rest of the workers were too. This has been a struggle the last couple times we have been in. The food was great, but even with ordering on the app, we still had a long wait standing in the dining room.
