This place is just a waste of money. You walk in order your food. They have zero listening skill. They dont listen to how your order your food. They just make it anyway they want to and not according to how you order it. The food order was wrong and ended up in the trash. So im out money and I am still hungry. A huge waste of money and time. Don’t even bother going here They dont listen to the customer when they order and they give you whatever they want. Horrible customer service!!!

When this place is busy expect a long wait. The food is fairly good. The only real complaint is that it can take a while to eat. I like to bring my daughter here for a treat we mostly do takeout and not eat in as there are limited number of tables.

We ordered a four piece meal. One of the drumsticks was so small it felt like it came from a pigeon. The other pieces were also flavorless compared to what we are used to. There is no place to sit and no one is cleaning tables. We ordered eat in but got take out boxes. Had to ask for utensils so we can eat there. The waiters was so unhappy we made this request and felt like we were serving the. On the positive side, the bathroom is passably clean. Overall, I would consider skipping this location.

Went to this location Toni to try there spicy chicken sandwich combo and it looks like Frank’s hot sauce smeared all over the top of it. The chicken chalupa was okay, fries could had used more crunch to them. And the sides were soo small ate them 4 bites each lol. But there customer service is 5 ⭐️ tho.

Never before have a seen people starting at an order screen with such confusion and then instead of filling the orders, just start talking to other employees.. please stay away from this location so the franchisee is forced to realign the management team and employees.

One of the better KFC’s out here. Very kind, understanding service workers. I’ve placed two previous mobile orders and by the third one, they would hand me my food when they saw me waiting in line. I’ve never had a KFC establishment recognize me. Very attentive crew here.
