We were searching for a charming spot in Hoboken for drinks and appetizers, and this place fit the bill perfectly. The pub offers a great selection of wine and beer, though their cocktail menu is somewhat limited. I couldn’t find a sweet cocktail to my liking, so I opted for a margarita, which was just okay.
For appetizers, we ordered the nachos with steak, which I highly recommend. I noticed other patrons enjoying pretzels that looked equally delicious. A standout feature is their outdoor dining area, which provides ample shade—perfect for avoiding the harsh sun. Additionally, the pub is pet-friendly, as we saw several people outside with their pets.
The prices are reasonable, with cocktails ranging from $10-15 and beers from $8-10. Overall, it’s a great spot for a casual outing with friends or a relaxed evening with your pet.
Downside we waited forever for waiter, but we were more than happy about it. If you want quick service it might be a problem

If you are looking for an authentic intimate Irish Pub, this is it! The burgers are fab, kid menu reasonable, atmosphere fantastic; cozy long bench tables or tables for two by the window, dark wood everywhere and TV not too prominent. We love this place for a spontaneous lunch or dinner out.

The waiter wasn’t polite at all and tried to force us to sit at the bar, even though at least five tables were empty. There were no reservations or anything on those tables. I just came to sit down, enjoy my drink, and have a nice conversation. And then he came back and rudely said, “Come on, we’re closing…” Please replace your staff. It was a 50s aged waiter.

Great local Irish pub with surprisingly amazing food. Staff are all extremely friendly and location is right in the heart of Hoboken.
Come here for a great glass of Guinness or any other beer for that matter. Cocktails to order are available and the wine on menu is fantastic too.
Price is fair and place is always clean. Nothing bad to say about this one. Highly recommended.

We’ve been recommended here multiple times but unfortunately the food and service was not good. The buffalo wings were very soggy, and not fresh ranch for dipping. It tasted like bottled ranch. We ordered the Moran burger and ordered it medium. It came well done and burnt. The service was awful despite not being very busy. We probably won’t come back, only for drinks. They never bussed our table which resulted in lots of bees.

The claim that this is the best burger in Hoboken could very well be true! This fantastic cheeseburger was fresh, juicy, cooked perfectly rare, with crispy bacon, onion ring strings, Irish cheddar cheese and fresh homemade ketchup. Lovely place with terrific service and great decor. I will definitely be back!

Used to live around the corner from this place and came regularly, but service has gotten so bad over the years. The bartender served us another drink with no problem, but 5 minutes later told us to pay our check and quickly began to shut down the bar. Another 5 minutes later, he came over to tell us it was time to go. I reminded him that he served us the drinks, we paid for them, and we were drinking them as fast as we could. Unfortunately, the atmosphere was so unbearable, we left with our drinks 3/4 full.

Food was meh… the burgers are overrated, the salmon was horrible, and pizza was like a frozen pizza from the grocery store. The service was bad. Can’t remember last time I had a worse waiter. It felt like the waiter had 500 more important clients while serving us.
