I highly recommend eating here if you are in the Mason City/Clear Lake area. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time! We especially loved the tuna tower and the salmon and noodles. We were very thankful we tried both and we’re able to share! Lovely atmosphere and great service as well!

My husband and I went to this restaurant and absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff was so welcoming. It has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere — perfect for both couples and families with kids. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I love Walleye and this is the best I’ve ever had! The Greek salad dressing is also amazing.
Our waitress was friendly, helpful with suggestions, and attentive.
Full bar and nice selection of beer on tap including three local brands. All was reasonably priced.
The atmosphere is very different for north Iowa. I immediately felt like I was in a favorite restaurant in Kansas City. Fun, upscale vibe, very comfortable.
A little spendy for lunch, but well worth every penny. I’ll definitely return.

My wife and I looked for a place that had gluten free options. This restaurant was pleasant, simple. She ordered the blackend walleye that I tasted and it was very good, worth 5 stars. However, my double cheese burger that came with bacon, was disappointing! As you can see by the photo the bacon was inedible, burned like a sacrificial offering. When I showed it to the waiter (not the waitress who originally served us and delivered the food) he said he would show it to the kitchen. That was the last i heard and he simply presented us with the bill with no reduction for the burnt offering. 3 stars on the food as a balance between 5 start walleye and 1 star bacon.

Highly recommend The Boulevard! I’ve been there many times and always have a great experience. The restaurant is beautiful, the food delicious and the service top notch! A few recommendations; Brussel sprouts appetizer, Greek salmon, fish & chips and the blackened walleye. The baklava and cheesecake desserts are also amazing!

It was a surprise as a bar and grill that the food options and the atmosphere were more upscale than expected. I highly recommend the tuna tower if you are a fan of poke. The lobster roll my sister had was very tasty as well. Our server, Dance, was super attentive and friendly. I will stop again if I travel through again.

However as u can see from the photos if u subtract the ice, orange, cherry, and bitters…this old fashioned had almost no whiskey, certainly not two shots. Also. The TVs all around made it and otherwise swanky atmosphere feel more like a low class sports bar. Dissapointed.
