We ordered a 12” Medium Pan Pizza with Pepperoni, if there was a little more cheese then this review would be a 4. Also got the chicken sticks which resemble chicken fries and 10 Hot Buffalo Wings. Wings were tasty but could have been bigger in size, the drums were small. Overall not bad! Pizza was thick and airy. Service was very quick, order was done in 15 minutes on Black Friday around 4pm

Ordered a Italian Stromboli and it was mostly filled with pepperoni asked for sauce and didn’t receive it. Stromboli also was burnt on the top making the crust just fall apart.Ordered mild wings ended up with hot wings The total was $44.21 wasn’t worth it!!

We are always pretty pleased with Pizza Time’s food. A little bit on the pricier side, but I feel like it is worth it for the consistency. You can rely on getting the same decent quality food each time you order. Sounds like a simple box to check, but it’s amazing how inconsistent and unreliable some of these pizza places are. It is also the closest I’ve found in our 8 years here to the pizza from where we grew up in Philly. Most places aren’t open late enough here and the won’t allow you to easily customize certain orders which bugs me. Especially where cheesesteaks are concerned. I prefer mine without fried onions, and American cheese. It’s not some outrageously uncommon request. There seems to be an overwhelming number of places that are obsessed with putting pizza sauce on the steak sandwiches too. Sometimes even when you don’t ask for it That’s not how that should go friend. I recommend this place. Garlic butter with the pizza is a nice touch. Fries are crispy. Portions are alright and “fat boy’s” Wings are excellent. That is all.

I am working in the area and decided to stop in and grab a pizza. I called in my order prior to my arrival. The person I spoke with over the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. When I picked up the pizza, the gentleman that assisted me was very welcoming and polite. Overall, great service! Pizza was warm and even included garlic sauce.

We’re currently visiting from Arizona & had a taste for some pizza late last night. There weren’t many restaurants open but this one said open until 1am. We called at 11:31pm & a girl answered. We ordered our food for delivery. Asked if the delivery man could call when he arrives because our Airbnb building is locked from the outside. She said he would call & it would take 40 minutes to deliver. Our 2nd call, 7 minutes later, was to request red chili peppers & Parmesan cheese. The same girl acted confused & stated they don’t have it but had green peppers. After a few minutes of explaining what we were asking for, she said they did have it & would send it with the pizza. An hour later, still no food. My husband called again at 12:32am & the phone just kept ringing. Finally someone picked up the phone but immediately hung up. So we called again at 12:34am. The same girl we spoke with previously answered & immediately said “he’s on the way.” She didn’t say hello or anything, which told us she knew who we were. 2 1/2 hours later, at 1am when they close, still no food. We tried calling again but no one answered. We called one final time at 1:04 and an automated machine answered stating they were closed.
I’ve attached screenshots of all of the phone calls we made as proof. I’m not just a disgruntled person writing a bad review.
I’m only rating the service as it would be unfair to the business for me to rate anything else I did not experience first hand.
We’ve NEVER EVER had an establishment treat us this way!! How can someone order AND pay for food & the restaurant choose to ignore your follow up calls & never deliver the food?!? This is just insane!!
