“Drive thru takes priority” is what the employee said with her manager there. We waited thirty to forty minutes and they hadn’t even started any food for inside dining customers until something was said. Three refunds and melted blizzards because customers that took time to sit didn’t matter. The manager finally went in the back and made the food in five minutes then told everyone behind us it would still be twenty to thirty minutes for their food.l because of the drive thru and door dashers! I love Dairy Queen and if I were you, wait until you get to the Brunswick location. This one is horrible with absolutely horrible management. No excuse to insult customers and waste time that needs to be managed better. I’ve worked in the food industry and this lady needs a job change. Negative stars if it were possible.

Stopped in while traveling from VA to Florida. This location doesn’t hold to any of their promises as posted within their establishment. Employees were rude, unfriendly, rushing to get off work, my mini blizzard sat on the counter for about 5 minutes (to the point of melting), that’s why it wasn’t turned upside down, I wasn’t given a coupon nor given the remake for free. No refund! No one apologized or said thank you. The whole restaurant was nasty including the restroom. It’s obviously there’s no responsible manager on duty.

Took 3 kids for ice cream and fries, what a dumpster fire.
Fries sat there under the light long enough to get cold. We waited, no exaggerating 21 minutes to get our blizzards. I stood there and watched her clear the drive thru orders before she ever attempted to fill ours. It was as rough as id ever seen at a FF restaurant. The guy next to me who waited longer for one tried calling store number but it wouldn’t go through. No leadership, I don’t blame those kids working in there

As a DoorDash driver, I’ve picked up from this Dairy Queen many times, and they almost never have the orders ready when I arrive. Drivers are often forced to wait 15–20 minutes while the food is prepared. They should start preparing orders before we arrive. Very frustrating.

Stood there for 20 minutes with no one in front of me and still didn’t get to order. The lady looked at me at least 5 times and walked off to try and figure out how the other orders were all messed up. All we wanted was a couple of blizzards and couldn’t even get that. Never again will I go there. Now we are sitting in another I’ve cream shop enjoying our treat.

Definitely one of the worst Dairy Queens I’ve ever been to. Using “short-staffed” as an excuse only goes so far from management when it comes to short falls in quality and service. Speaking to a manager won’t help, so best to just avoid this location altogether. When putting together an order, doing the frozen items and having them sit on the counter for 15 minutes, then putting them back in the cooler until the hot food is done (but yet wasn’t actually hot or fresh when served), just amplifies the terrible experience. Not the first bad experience, but it was definitely the worst. Since the stores are franchises, it is just best to get your Dairy Queen fix from another location.

Nice, clean and SLOW. Jordan at the front counter was not friendly and we waited for a dip cone for over 20 minutes. Really? There was no line at all. So there really isn’t a reason why it took 20 min and we checked several times on the order.

On December 13 , 4:43 pm a Caucasian woman making blizzard look me dead in my face and ignored me! It took me responding angrily after 10 minutes to acknowledge the very small crowd (3 people) that was in the store! I finally got service from another woman and this lady slammed the blizzard on the counter as she walk back behind the wall….

Never again. This was the 2nd chance we have given this location. . Ice cream was melted… They didn’t turn over the blizzard, I’m sure it was due to it would fallen out of the cup. The floor was super slick… Almost like they mopped with grease. Folks here have major attitudes…. And the burgers were still ice cold. The floor was covered in trash. We will go elsewhere. It’s sad. Dairy Queen used to pride themselves in cleanliness and customer service. What a shame. And no DQ “P.R.” folks, I have given this location a few chances, and will not be back…..
