Have become completely unreliable on pickup times. If you’re in a hurry do not trust your order will be ready at stated time.

Two trips for a simple carryout order first the order was incorrect. Second trip and after almost an hour and a half of waiting this is what the pizza looked like.

CAN NOT give zero stars or i would. Ordered a carry out special two nights in a row and they were both horrible and not correct. Not a full large, thin crust not thick, very few topings, hard crust, no crust, topings and sauce not to the edge where crust should start. 3 of last 4 orders at this location were bad.

Was over charged on day one order

Could not order half toppings online had to call in.

Usually get your order right away. Last two times it has taken much longer. First of last two took well over an hour. Don’t think they started until I got there. Last time was at least 45 minutes. Pizza I received did not have any sauce on it. Had toppings. Hopefully they can get some good workers and pick back up soon. Nice man playing music outside.

I placed an order over the phone for 12 pizzas for a holiday party three days in advance, and an employee of the local store confirmed it would be delivered at 11:45 a.m. The morning of the event, I received a call (only two hours before the scheduled delivery) informing me that the order should not have been accepted and that the earliest possible delivery would be around 1 p.m. This left us scrambling to find an alternative for our event. Fortunately, the Papa John’s on Liberty Street was able to accommodate us on such short notice.

Have ordered pizzas for work here several times. They are usually 30-45 minutes late for both pickup and delivery. The food is fine, just don’t expect it on time. Manager seems to really be trying to right the ship, though.

We ordered two pizzas, one was fine. The other was supposed to be half without cheese with pepperoni and sausage. It was burn, had one sausage piece on the entire half of the pizza and not even half of a pepperoni slice. We haven’t had this problem before, but very dissatisfied this time around.

Alright lets make those stars rain. So first time ever in my life, i go to a pizza place and the employees are refusing services because they are “too busy” . Obviously this is what happens when you got a bunch of useless kids and let all experienced workers go . Now how DOMINOS OWNERS AND CEO XPLAIN TO THEY SHARE HOLDERS That they are not making money and loosing customers because they cannot make a pizza in time . Literally “ sorry bro we got too much going on(5 orders) . I have seen 10 customers walking out upset in the 5 min i took to write this.

This I think is the worst Dominoes in Louisville.
I have had issue after issue after issue. Delivery is NEVER reliable. I decided to give it another shot and do a carry out today. Big mistake. I arrived when my order said completed. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to tell me I was waiting on bread bites. After another 20 minutes they told me they had to remake the entire order. No explanation as to why was given. An easy in and out pickup, turned into over an hour of wasted time. I ended up cancelling the order when he told me it would be another 30 to remake it.The manager was incredibly rude to his staff and the employees did not care. I will not be back. To say dissatisfied is an understatement.

I ordered pickup online for a holiday night ( Monday) 2 pizzas and a side . The app informed me I should be able to grab everything in about 16 minutes. . Realizing this seemed very fast , I waited 20 minutes and checked by pulling up to the drive thru window. After a brief wait I was told by an employee that my order is just going into the oven. I heard some grumbling in the background and replied” i live nearby” and that ” i would just run home and wait , and when should I return.? ” I was told” in 30 minutes.” I responded that I would. . I went back after the app claimed my order was ready about 38 minutes later. When I pulled up to the drive thru window ,no one came to respond . Everyone inside just went on as if I had never existed ,after about 18 minutes of the employees inside seeing me ,but not coming to the window I noticed how long the line of cars was getting and decided to just park and go inside . Inside my order was just sitting on a shelf. Sitting ungreeted at a drivethru window for nearly 18 minutes, an hour after placing my order that was supposed to take 16 minutes made me realize I hadn’t avoided the ” Noid “. My advice ; seal up that drive thru window, its going to just generate stress for the employees and customers, .

I recently placed an online order through PayPal at the Eastern Parkway Domino’s in Louisville, KY. Unfortunately, I was first given the wrong pizza and then informed my original order couldn’t be located. After waiting over 20 minutes without receiving my food or being offered assistance, I left disappointed. My interaction with Justin could have been handled more helpfully. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in order accuracy and customer service.
