The food is really good and the people are friendly. I like that they let you sample before buying. I got two kinds of chicken, the lighter color one is mango chicken. I forget what the other one was but I liked it better. Broccoli & cabbage and fried rice.

Basil Thai Kitchen in Chesterfield mall. They sell spoiled food. I asked the asian lady to replace my meal, but was instead given lo mien ON TOP of the spoiled fried rice and said she cant replace it just remove the rice when eating the sides (in broken english). I had to ask a few times and explain before was given a new set of food.

the bang bang chicken tasted like it was several days old, I couldn’t even finish it but threw out after a few bites. the egg roll was ok, but also tasted old and definitely not fresh. I recommend avoiding this place at all cost.

The food was great! The young lady running the shift was very professional and friendly. When I got there she was already helping a customer so I was going to wait my turn. She did take a moment to greet me. While the other customer was looking for his card to pay, she offered me a free sample of one of the entrees. Once the other customer was done, she asked me about my order, I explained that this was my first time at Basil Thai Kitchen, so I wasn’t familiar with all the options available. She was patient and described each option to me while making a few recommendations. I went with green beans, chili chicken, spicy chicken, and jalapeño shrimp.
The atmosphere was pretty noisy, but I can’t really hold that against Basil Thai Kitchen as they are located in Chesterfield Towne Center’s food court. If you find yourself taking a walk at the mall or just window shopping, I highly recommend Basil Thai Kitchen.

I really love the food here! Every time I come here with my fiancée, they always give us samples. When I went to the Chesterfield Towne Center last night, I decided to order their food since they always give us delicious samples. I’m really glad I finally ordered their food! It was extremely delicious! I regret not ordering from them any sooner. In fact, the people who work here are extremely friendly. After eating, I thanked them for the food and told them that when I come back to this mall that I’ll eat more food from them. That put a smile on the woman’s face when I said that. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Food here ranges from somewhat edible to unappetizing. There is hardly anything Thai or Thai Basil about the food here. The selections are essentially copy-pasted straight out of a Hong Kong King Buffet. I wonder why they don’t simply name themselves something more generically Asian.
The only thing I could really stomach eating here was the Thai Spicy Chicken with the Jalapeños removed. There was nothing southeast Asian about the flavors. They also served Lo Mein and Fried Rice which tasted like Chinese takeout fare but below average even for Chinese takeout. Definitely not coming back.
