Be careful they tried to add a tip to my account fraudulently , my order was also incorrect and all they would do is refund the 5 dollars they took 24 hours after payment without my permission I wont ever go to marcos again ever!! Be careful people and watch your account. Also the manager Nicole doesn’t have any place in CUSTOMER SERVICE she was super rude and hung up on me multiple times !! Absolutely blows my mind that people like this have tainted the industry of Customer service! Makes me sick to my stomach.. I even said contact less delivery and the driver was banging on my door asking for a tip.

Marco’s used to be one of my favorite places ordering when I lived close by. I was stuck at work and couldn’t leave for lunch to eat some real food so I ordered here. It’s across the street from my job. I wanted to make it quick. Ordering was fine, but to just be a cross the street it shouldn’t take 30 min….the cheese sticks were super fire. But when I opened my small cheese pizza, there was only cheese on the first half of the pizza. I threw it away. They charged me $3 just to go a cross the street…… honestly the delivery drivers customer service was horrible. He walked into my job and said “is this for you!??…

Ordered an XL cheese pizza and pepperoni breadsticks for 20 bucks it was hot and perfect. Looked really great and was made as you would want it to be. Pizza was ready in about 15 minutes as promised. Ordered on a random Sunday at 3:30. The inside is nothing special.

The last two times we have tried to order carryout for Simmons we have been told there are two many orders up front of us so it would not be ready for our lunch hour. Forcing us to go somewhere else. Today we were told that there are a few in front of us again, but it could be ready at 11:10. Keeping in mind we call at 10:35. No one answers the phone before 10:30 so I am unsure where these orders come from. The salad I received today, a chef salad. ordered without onions should have your meat cheese lettuce croutons. croutons being one of the best parts their homemade croutons are amazing meat daily. These were lacking on the salad lacking I mean as none. really debating if I should give them a fourth try again or not.

There is a lot going on inside. They lack space for storage so the interior is a little tight. Orders have always been correct and havent had any bad experiences with the quality of food.

Marcos is advertising a medium 1 topping pizza for $6.99. I called for one last night (oct 26th) and the young lady said the promotion was over. I called today for clarification and the man on the phone said the promotion was for a “limited time”. I repeated to him that their ad on TV said it was a limited time special for Pizza month. (It’s still “pizza month”) When I pressed the time issue, the Marco’s guy pivoted to that the ad also stated that it applied to only certain locations. (all of a sudden!)
My conclusion is that they do not serve the advertised special to anyone, because it ended just before you called or they just conveniently are one of the excluded locations. The reason I conclude this is because this same thing happened a few months ago.
Food is great and worth the price, but I don’t like my chain being pulled over offering something and then saying it doesn’t exist.

Took over an hour to get the Pizza, and unfortunately it was cold when we got it. We also got chicken. It was okay. Usually it is better, but not tonight. *Edit* I called the store to let them know. I received a $20 credit on my account, for another pizza. The woman on the phone handled it just fine. Issue averted. Thank you.
