I simply asked the supervisor for a refund or to remake it and he wouldn’t do either. Clearly he has anger problems because I could hear it in his voice. My daughter is allergic to pepperoni and it was covered with pepperoni. I will be telling all my friends and family members never to eat here again. I’m disabled and on a fixed income and wanted to surprise my daughter just to have this happen. I don’t do drama at all. When he got angry with me it was unnecessary. I’m very disappointed. Thanks rude supervisor! Can I just get a refund for $14.83? I don’t want any of the food because they might spit in or something.

You hit us with a $5 delivery fee like you have tables for people to eat there, I tip extra and leave directions. Then the directions aren’t followed anyways. Order was a delivery and just fine. Order for 3 medium stuffed crust pizzas last night 11/30/25. Almost unable to eat, thick heavy coated with coarse flavored salt mixture, not just the crust as it supposed to be, but the pizza center too. The rest coated the empty spaces of the box corners. Very disappointed it used to be a good pizza.

I think Domino’s Pizza in Ephrata makes the best pizza around and the people that take your order are very friendly and the service is excellent and when they tell you a delivery time they are never late I am very pleased with Domino’s Pizza in Ephrata they do excellent work and I will say it again they make excellent pizza .

Who doesn’t like dominos? I know I do. They’re all typically the same no matter where you go however I’ve been to this location a lot and the staff is very nice. Dan the owner is right there getting messy making food right next to his staff along with making deliveries in his little white Saturn.
Not many owners are that committed to also be on the scene over 40 hours a week backing up their staff.
If you haven’t been to this location yet, check it out for yourself! If you’re getting pick up don’t forget.. “please do not feed the employees behind the glass”
