My friend and I arrived at 4:30 yesterday 10/7 in the dining room. The restaurant is dirty. The employee didn’t look like he worked there. He told our order then went to the bathroom knocking on the door for the other employee to come out. He then proceeds to make our food. No gloves – his fingernails and hand’s didn’t look clean. We had paid for our food but the place creeped us out and we left. Whoever owns this franchise needs to clean it up and make it professional

Same as all the others cheap food that’s just barely above ok but it’s filling if your on a budget. The guy that took care of me at the counter was a very nice guy who does a great job making sure you feel appreciated.

the food. not what it use to be. I go in and they have advertising for lemonade all over the place. I order the lemonade. They give me a cup to serve myself, to which there is no Lemonade. I ask the team member where do I get the Lemonade to which he tells me that is a different kind and there is an extra charge. If you have signs all over the place and a person orders a Lemonade; dont you think you would want to get them the right drink. Point being they are clueless. go to a different location

I really don’t eat here, my hubby loves it. When we walked in the young lady was mopping but the scent was bad. I think their prices are too high for the food. I didn’t eat. Oh, I had to exit the other door because there was a homeless man at the entrance. Yes of course I informed them.

Food was good service was beyond horrible. They young man took my credit card didn’t give it back. I had to go inside and he thought it was funny. Kept telling have a good day while flipping me off under his short. If you use a credit card watch out. They hired a thief.
