The staff was really nice and helped me look for options. It’d be cool if there were more options meant to be served cold and that were dairy AND gluten free. I shudder at the thought of microwaving black plastic. There was a really weird smell, like rubber burning or off food. They had takeaway spoons but no forks.

The service was great we got in there already a nice welcome, but then the food not so good I got a Oreo doughnut didn’t feel like finishing it why is there oats in the dough? And the pancakes I got it was decent at first then there was chocolate and tiny nuts in it just didn’t make pancakes taste the same.

I’m currently on a prep, forgot my food on the counter all the way down in Eagle. Frantically was googling food places to find good clean food. Stumbled across this amazing place.

We looked up clean options and this popped up. We are eating foods without artificial stuff and good ingredients. So we were excited to try this place. You walk in and there is a fridge, freezer, few seats a cashier. The meal is small and almost $10 for most options. So this is okay, as they offer meal prep and I understand that intent, but hopefully they use great quality ingredients. So we asked the cashier how business was, he said they make 5‐ 6k a day! Cool, let’s hear about their ingredients. He was nice but a bit sarcastic rather than open. We asked if they use oil, he said no oil then contradicted himself by saying they spray something in pan. I asked was it avocado oil? No, not sure. We asked if any ingredients were organic or locally sourced? For the price and portion they could afford to use some great clean ingredients… no to all. We were told they use Walmart products and Tyson chicken? What? So do they grab frozen low budget ingredients and mark up 300٪, then market as fresh and clean? I guess it’s a good profit business model, just not what we were expecting with quality. We did think the meal was tasty, but I did get a stomach ache after, so not sure what did that. We also got protein balls, again tasted good, but not sure what made my stomach hurt after.
Update‐ Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you take pride in your ingredients as that is your selling point. I do recall him saying the beef is sourced locally through Thomas Cattle Co, which is awesome! But he plainly said you use Tyson Chicken (got defensive when we questioned that) and Frozen Shrimp sourced from Walmart. I will try to check out your Broadway location sometime, as I’m interested to see how the Cafe is different. Can you tell me where you get chicken and shrimp from?
Also, he said nothing was organic and that it would add even more cost. I was also a bit taken back by the plastic use and having to microwave it. We’ve been learning that no plastic is truly safe to warm even when marketed as so. Microplastics are very toxic and unsafe for our bodies. Perhaps a food grade compostable option would be a better fit for your market. I understand these things add cost, but with the margins mentioned I think these are things to consider when marketing yourself as a clean food option.

Absolute gold mine find here in the Treasure Valley! Was using Factor for months but it was hard to continue justifying the prices. Other local meal prep places were bland and your typical healthy boring meals. Coworker told me about Klean Kitchen and I’ve never looked back! Food is fresh, fun and different and tastes SOO good. They are SO quick and even have the food delivered to me same day. Way more cost and time efficient than groceries and doing weekly meal prep myself!

I am kind of tall drink of water that works out a lot… like a lot… I am kind of a beast if you ask some people. That being said, I absolutely hate cooking so I am always on the lookout for easy meal solutions.
This place has fantastic meals for tall, hairy, and muscular men like myself. You can’t go wrong with any of their menu options. Every meal/snack I have tried is fantastic, plus it is all reasonably priced which is hard to find these days.
Also the girl they have got working behind the counter is super nice and helpful. She should get a raise if you ask me.
I will definitely be frequenting this place whenever I am in Boise.

The food is delicious and the macros are amazing! I love that all of the ingredients are clean and healthy. The meals are very similar to the things I try to include when meal prepping, and this makes it even more convenient during the day. Every time I go in I get something different and haven’t found a thing I dislike. I strongly recommend trying it out! The staff is wonderful and super helpful when picking out something new.

The people who were working in the store were so nice and personable. They answered all my questions and are very accommodating as far as orders and deliveries go. The taste of this food is simply put, AMAZING!!! I’ve had a few meals, some lava cakes and protein balls and I’ve never had better from a meal prep place!! Look forward to trying so much more!!!!

My mom told me about this place and she wanted me to check it out for her. They were super friendly and helped me pick out some made without gluten and dairy free meals. We got 3 Bronco bowls to try out. All of us thought it was very tasty and satisfying. We even talked about sharing one with another side in the future.

Weekends fly by way too quickly and having to go grocery shopping, prep my food, cook my food, and get it all organized was taking way too much time. I saw this place on Facebook or Instagram and decided to check it out. They have a macros listed on each meal along with the ingredients which is very helpful! I was hesitant as I’ve tried factor and other meal prep companies and I have to say this has been the best so far.. the food actually has flavor, portions are solid, and they have great deals which is greatly appreciated. I will definitely be a returning customer and can’t wait to try some other items on the menu!
