I’m not sure if it was an off day, but this was top five worst experiences I’ve ever had dining out. It was very busy at first and we took that as a good sign. However, the crowd dwindled dramatically and we waited for over an hour (along with other groups) for a breakfast burrito and pancake sandwich. The burrito was 75% rice, egg dry, chew, and a little funky and the pancakes weren’t fully cooked. Respectfully, $30 was absolutely not worth this.
Service was okay. The only interaction we had was at the register and it was minimal.

Let me start by saying the food is EXCELLENT. Four of us ordering three different entrees and we were all beyond pleased with our choices. The wait staff was lovely, however we waited a long time for our food despite the fact that the restaurant was not particularly crowded. I am chalking this off to the fact that they have not been open for dinner very long and they are still ironing out the kinks. We all agreed we will definitely go back! Once they eliminate the long wait I will happily give them 5 stars!

I stumbled across this place while on my way to another restaurant and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised to find a cool vibe, very good food, and a very friendly staff. I highly recommended the linguini with sausage. The owners husband is a talented artist whose work adorns the walls throughout the restaurant. I am rarely in New Haven, but I would come back here again. It’s worth a visit.

Stopped in for the first time this evening and was blown away by everything – from my pint sized margarita to the amazing tapas – meatballs, coconut shrimp, calamari, burrata, and empanadas – all delicious! Will definitely be coming back for more! And the music completes the experience. Friendly and attentive waiter and bartender made service the best! A rare place in New Haven.
Adding the great dessert we had – Flan and Carrot Cake – really nice ending to an amazing meal.

Absolutely love love love this place, Anna, the owner, is a bubbly ball of energy who makes your experience memorable. It’s a great spot to grab breakfast, sip a cocktail, take a date, or host your next event. Great patio!

Quite possibly the best in-house baked chocolate chip cookies I found in the New Haven area. (Based on experiences ~10+ years ago but I would hope it’s still true!)

Went to Edgewood park. Decided to have quick lunch here. It was an average experience. Nothing special. My husband had chicken tacos, the chicken was over cooked & rubbery, he didn’t enjoy it ! I had avacoda cheese tomato sandwich which was good but nothing exceptional!

Delicious and reasonable. Good atmosphere and friendly service. Paella for One (outstanding), and tapas (coconut shrimp and Garbazo criollo con chorizo). Flan was great.
