What is New York’s BEST INDIAN FOOD doing in a roadside rest stop in the middle of the Adirondack mountains? I boldly ordered the Palak Paneer and a veggie samosa with low expectations, and was absolutely blown away by the depth of flavor and authenticity. Apologies for the half eaten photo, but I wasn’t planning on writing a review until I ate this food and couldn’t help but sing its praises.

An amazing restaurant with old classic style and accessible from EV charging station and Tesla Supercharger.
Frankly I haven’t expected more for this restaurant but I must admit that I was wrong. There is special offer for 14inch pizza with 2 toppings and 10 wings. It tastes fresh and delicious! The music is fancy and the staffs are friendly. Besides the location is the perfect when you departure with electric car from Montréal heading to New York.
I hope to come back soon and next time we would like try some Pakistan food such as Halal lamb wrap…

What really made the place unique was the layout. It had a cozy, Adirondack-style vibe rustic wooden elements, warm lighting, and a relaxed atmosphere. Food was great! If you’re in the area definitely worth checking out.

Everything and some can be found in this hidden gem amongst the Adirondacks. The food alone is worth the stop. One stop shop. And a neat and clean shop. I will definitely be back! The electric chargers and tesla chargers are here

Nice place, reasonable price. We stopped here on our way from Montreal to Connecticut. This is a nice place with good food & friendly staffs. It’s a very large restaurant and gift shop. There are American & Pakistani (Lahore) foods available. Very specious sitting area, they have two floors. It was not busy when we were there.
We had naan, sweet & sour chicken, roll & samosas. The food was freshly made & good. It took a while to serve the food approximately 30 mins, wish they told us the wait time as we were in hurry. We may grab something quick to serve. Overall it was good. I recommend this place.

Found a great place to eat: Frontier Town Gateway ! It is off alone in the middle of nowhere upstate New York. Amazing food and quite the variety! Pakistanis own it, and bring the flavors of Lahore to the mountains!

Memorable stop during our drive through upstate NY with delicious food, clean facilities, and lots of interesting memorabilia and tchotchkes on sale! We had a chicken tikka wrap and chicken and potato parathas which were all made fresh and tasted great. Very extensive menu (burgers, wraps, curries, desserts, etc)

Great food with friendly and quick service. No need anymore for bad food if you’re on the road. We stopped to charge our electric car and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Had a great pizza (half ricotta/half butter chicken). Will definitely always try to stop on our way from or to New York! Will try the curry next time!

What a great roadside find on our way to the border. Was not expecting butter chicken pizza and Lahore Chanay as well as a full coffee bar. Definitely recommend stopping by if you get the chance.
