My experience here was disappointing. I ordered a California roll *deep fried* and even confirmed with the waitress that it came that way, but it arrived regular. When I pointed it out, she made a face instead of trying to fix it, which didn’t feel very professional. She then proceeded to go look at the order ticket and it indeed did say deep fried. Since this was only my second time trying sushi, I had also ordered pasta just in case — and unfortunately it wasn’t good either. The sauce had no seasoning at all, and while the chicken was well seasoned, it was very dry. I’d rate the pasta a 5/10.
My husband’s burrito was okay (7/10), but it was mostly beans with very little rice or meat. The horchatas are not homemade — they taste like they’re made from powder (5/10).
Service was slow because there was only one waitress and two cooks, so our food took about 30–40 minutes to come out. I’d rate the service 4/10. The place also looks much better online than it does in person, and parking is very limited.
Overall, not the experience we expected. I wouldn’t rush back.

The way the pictures are posted online makes it seem more upscale than on the inside of the restaurant.
But the food was amazing, authentic tasting, staff was very nice and attentive. But, why the packs of Best Foods mayo rather than authentic mexican mayo?

So to start off I absolutely love the mole here it is actually so good and one way that you know it’s actually like traditional and like the real deal is that you can see the oil like on top of the mole separating from the actual thing and when you taste it or smell it it smells like just seeds because traditional mole Gets most of its oil from All the seeds that are in It but anyways the flavor is really good and I always go there on the weekends for the buffet that they have and it’s $25 plus tax so honestly really good price also they have quite a bit of variety like pozole and menudo which is what my dad normally gets the menudo is really really good it’s not like other restaurants where they’ll have it very rubbery and chewy this place has really good flavor and it’s actually melts in your mouth also the bread is a new thing that I’ve actually never seen before done and what they do here is that inside of the bread they will put like little pieces of cinnamon in there it’s like if they were to get a whole cinnamon stick Blended it and then put it into the dough so when you start eating it and then you get a little piece of that cinnamon once you bite into it all the flavor from the cinnamon like gets in your mouth so it’s really good also the atoles that they have are pretty good and they do taste like if they were homemade and some random grammar to make it for you so that’s good the only thing that I would feel would be better would be champurrado the time I tried it it was Mid because it was way too liquidy also the tortillas are not bad I would like it if they were more thinner And a little bit more cooked but they are still good also the rice is actually surprisingly good over there

My friend seen this place on Instagram we drove from Morgan Hill to try it. It was not worth the drive or the price the food was disappointing. The menudo pot was empty with only bones and juice we had to tell the server if they weren’t going to refill it, the server took our bowl went to the back and brought us menudo instead of refilling the pot. I was sorry, I even asked. The menudo was not good at all. Then I got the eggs with nopales and beans. The egg with nopales along with the tortillas were cold, also for the price they should have more variety of food.

Server with braces very rude/ inconsiderate she did greet us when we walked in but upon realizing we were doing a take out order didn’t prioritize us saying she’ll be right with us which was fine at first but shortly after a family walks in and she greets them and seats them following up again saying she will be right with us once again first and last time here.
