The hygiene at this store is very questionable. Cashier handles money and then she touches the pepper that they give you with your pizza the floor is nasty and the person who packs the pizza is talking loudly in spanish with her co workers, all her saliva straight to your pizza I won’t be back to this, or any other locations of Papa John’s.

So me and my friends were calling this location for some food, because we’re hungry but we only had a certain amount of money, so we asked the cheapest price, they offered a reasonable price. We didn’t change the order at all and yet they added 16 dollars. Then we told them that we can’t afford that and then they accused us of prank calling them.

Order Online L/Pizza G-Parm swirl + black olives, tomatoes, plus pepperoni. For pick up. When we brought it home the pizza had no pepperoni after we paid extra.
Called the location and Gabriel gave no solution to their mistake, he said the Manager Gabriela, only approved credit on one topping for the next order. The Manager refused to handle the call and instead had Gabriel deal with this situation. They gave me no solution at all. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER AGAIN COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION, PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEIR MONEY AND TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY ORDER.

I love ordering from this Papa John’s Pizza. It’s definitely my go to pizza place. The pizza and sides are delicious and you cannot beat the price for the quality you are getting. My family’s go to are the bbq chicken bacon and a traditional pepperoni, a side of chicken poppers and a side of chicken wings. Not only is my order always delicious it is also always done correctly and in a timely manner. Apart from the food being amazing the store is always very clean and the staff is super friendly and always greets me with a “Hi, Welcome to Papa John’s”. Everyone is amazing including but not limited to Elizabeth, Jose, Gabby, Beatrice, Miguel and Armando. I always recommend this place to all my family and friends.

I ordered a Hawaiin BBQ chicken pizza. I received a pizza that was 1/2 sausage and 1/2 pineapple with marinara sauce. I confirmed my order online first, then I tried to call the store multiple times and after selecting the option to talk to the manager, it just rings and then goes silent on the other end. It was the first time ordering from this store and was the poorest service I have received at a Papa John’s.

Where do I start.., I ordered my food per phone call, 2 hours passed and my order still haven’t arrived, so I called the ordering representatives and they gave me the direct line of contact to this specific location in Inglewood, I called a good 30+ times, No answer, and they finally answered and told me the driver was outside calling and running my door bell, which he wasn’t because I’ve seen no driver on my cameras or my phone haven’t rang at all that whole time. So I went down there, and the pizza was cold so I asked for a fresh pizza, they refused. I asked for a manager, she came but only communicated through the Hispanic employee because they said “she only speak Spanish”, I’m pissed off even more, I started talkin mess and all of a sudden the Hispanic woman knows how to speak clear English pretty well. So I just asked for a refund and she’s mad and ranting off, and tell me don’t come back. Worst location. You order here it’s a possibility you might not be getting your food

Run…don’t walk from this place. I’m not sure why we gave them another chance, but when things go well with the orders and delivery, they are pretty good, but when it goes wrong, they are ill equipped to remedy the mishap. Customer service is non-existent, and even they made an attempt to call the store to speak with a manager, but there was no manager to be found. They offered to refund our money….get this? It would take up to 48 hours. I had to pry a case number out of the rep to document the call. Because we had no faith that we would receive the refund, my husband got dressed and drove to the store. Documentation in hand…bye bye to Papa Jon’s! We will take our business elsewhere!
