On Saturday I went to buy churros there and had a very bad experience. First of all, the customer service was very poor, and to make matters worse, they gave me a chocolate sauce with mold, and my 2-year-old daughter was about to eat it . I advise everyone to carefully check their products before eating anything from this place. Here is the photo .

Yesterday I went to churromania store inside the Mall. They were very busy, and the mall was about to close. It took a while for them to have my order ready. It was a 12 churros order with dulce de leche and guava. When my order was ready the person at the register put my order inside a bag very nicely but when I was able to eat it, it was Nutella and guava. Not the best conbination. Couldn’t returned it because everything was already closed. Tried to call several time next day but the system keep saying that that number is not longer in service. What kind of business has not a proper way of contact? Very disappointed.

I had the worst experience tonight 02.06.26 .
About 8-9 people were there waiting. My daughter likes it so I figured to get her one, I get right in front of the counter. Behind the counter, a young man short with dark hair and a kaki hat ( Emi or Iemi or something like that) is going up and down giving people their orders. He is noticing me, says nothing… I figured of course he’s obviously busy, so I patiently waited. He brings about 3 more orders calling out names and looking around. He must have screwed up an order because an older African American lady checked her bag and sent it back, our “attentive” and “observant” took the bag and disappeared in the back, a few minutes later he comes back out with the order for the lady, bad mouthing her to a customer in Spanish… as if it’s some secret language that nobody understands
More people join the line behind me asking if I ordered, I said No… still waiting…! Mr. Cashier sees us standing there … says NOTHING!! Carries on bringing food out while making eye contact.
He manages to get all people out then I get my turn, to which he says … what can I help you with? We are closed! WHAT?! You couldn’t have said that when you noticed people getting in line?! It doesn’t take a Master Degree to use common sense and let your customers know that you are closed!!?
More over, I had to tell him that he screwed up and that it’s pretty obvious that he doesn’t really enjoy working there and dealing with people, but he still needs to do his job that he gets paid for! And part of his job is “provide service”
He proceeded to tell me: did you not see the tv screens off? It’s 8 and we are closed! Didn’t you see that?! And that why didn’t I asked him? I could have asked him!!! WHAT A “CUSTOMER SERVICE “

We ordered the bucket of Churro bites with dulce de leche. They were ok, could be much better with other brand of dulce de leche.
But overall, it was tasty and the service was great.

If I could give this place a ZERO for customer service I would!!!! Kashmin had the worst attitude “ girl if you don’t want to be at work or have the patience to deal with customers don’t take it out at people with your disrespect. It took everything out of me to not walk back up after how you treated and ignored my daughter while placing her order and after waiting 10 minutes for the churros they look nothing like the advertisement. Just ridiculous…. Get together and learn some manners!!!

Couldn’t believe my experience at churromania last Friday. I’ve been going to this churromania for years and never had an encounter like this. I asked Ms. Jocelyn to ADD A WATER and when I wasn’t given one I asked for it and she gave it to me. She then rudely said “I know what you did” and left. I realized she didn’t hear me when I ordered and never charged me the water and believed I was trying to steal. I told her I would pay for it and then began accusing me of robbing the water bottle behind her back on some cameras? Extremely ridiculous behavior, very disappointed in churromania, do better.

I haven’t eaten churros in a while and I bought a bag of eight. The first two were hot and delicious. Second day was different, Crunchy and doughy.
My advice is to eat the Curros as soon as possible as they are delicious.
