First time getting sandwiches from Firehouuse. The sandwiches were very good. It wasn’t very busy and the wait time for the ladies to make the 2 sandwiches was about 5-6 minutes which I feel is very good. Will definitely go back. My daughter enjoyed hers as much as I liked mine.

My husband and I LOVE firehouse. We drive from CT every few months to get subs. We had one in CT but they went out of business. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. They always used to yell….WELCOME TO FIREHOUSE!! They NEVER do that anymore. No hello. No smile. NOTHING. So sad for a business that his employees ruin it for customers. It makes me not want to go in there anymore. Literally everytime I’ve gone in there, the employees are SO damn snotty. They ignore you when you walk in, and they stare at you when they take your order as if they are annoyed that they have to wait on you. UNBELIEVABLE!! Employees make your business what it is. And if you allow nasty employees to run your business and put it in the toilet, then that’s on you. This one girl who’s ALWAYS there taking is orders is so nasty. Dirty looks and no hello EVERY TIME. And to the owner of this place, DO BETTER!!! These employees are ruining your business!

Food Delicious if it’s your first time I would ask for less bread if you are getting a meatball sub. (My meatballs kept falling out of the bread) The whole place is awesome it feels great when you get to give back just by eating somewhere. Great for kids and also again if it’s your first time eating here get a size medium a bag of chips and a drink. You will get full quickly ☺️

The food at this place is very good, but the service is terrible. There’s a young woman who works there and she’s always completely out of line, extremely disrespectful. It’s a real shame because the food is excellent, but it makes going there very uncomfortable because she’s disrespectful and even laughs at the customers. I don’t think this is the kind of place for this kind of behavior. Once again, very unfortunate.

Got to say, their subs were excellent
I ordered a steak & cheese sub, friend ordered meatball sub, and it was really really juicy, the flavors had me savoring alot (he said the same with his order). It was also a good size so i was actually full (which doesnt always happen cause i eat alot).
Parking tricky theres not alot of space
Small area, so if you go best to go by yourself maybe a friend or two
People were nice and gave me time to think about what i wanted (which is interesting because it was semi packed but still had good timing in their service).
Aesthetically speaking, reminded me of Johnny Rocket but has a Fire Department theme
Do love the fact that they do donate to the fire department (heard they were also founded by a fireman) which is pretty good/heartwarming

First and last time I ever eat Firehouse!! Despite the fact that the sandwich looked delicious it tasted absolutely horrible. The meatballs tasted like frozen cheap meatballs. I got violently sick that night as well meatballs and all. I don’t know how Firehouse subs is still in business with such cheap tasting food and expensive prices!! Save your money and go somewhere else to eat this.

I had the steak and cheese and its bad… this is my first time trying firehouse subs too and i was skeptical as the place is pretty dead during lunch hours… the gamestop next door had more customers…. well my steak and cheese came back salty and for some reason, incredibly sweet as well. Idk if its the mayo or what but it was sweet. The meat are small and thin and cut into a million pieces… Buns are not toasted enough and was soft/soggy… i had better at subway

AMAZING. My first time and favorite time going. Food was delicious and service was fast. Staff was friendly and I love my pickle bucket. Highly recommend their turkey bacon lettuce sandwich on garlic bread. (Adding some #7 hot sauce is nice touch)
