Drinking my way through the Coffe Shop Passport(which by the way is fabulous!!!) and made it to Verona. I could hear the bustling crowd as I approved the entrance.. a good sign on a crisp Sunday morning.
I was greeted quickly and ordered a Spiced chocolate fig hot and a chocolate peanut bar. Every sip perfect, every bite delicious!
I have to come back! They have coffee flights, usually my go to, but the passport provides discounts on single drinks. Flight lovers….stop in!!
Enjoying life 1 sip, 1 bite and 1 small town at a time! Explore everything!

Verona Coffee Shop in Collinsville, Illinois is such a great spot, especially during the holiday season. They always have a fun and creative variety of holiday drink specials, which makes each visit feel a little more exciting. My personal favorite is their house chai latte. It’s perfectly spiced, smooth, and comforting, and honestly one of the best chai lattes I’ve had in town. It is already sweetened , but I put a little extra honey.
The location is super convenient, right in the middle of town, and having free parking out front is a huge plus. Whether you’re grabbing a drink to go or planning to stay awhile. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There’s a comfy couch along with plenty of seating options, so it’s easy to find a spot whether you want to relax, catch up with friends, or just enjoy some quiet time with your drink.
The service really stood out as well. The staff behind the counter was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. She answered all of our questions with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome, which always makes a big difference in the overall experience.
Between the great drinks, cozy environment, convenient location, and excellent customer service, Verona Coffee Shop is definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone in the area. It’s the kind of coffee shop you’ll want to keep coming back to. THANK YOU FRIENDS !!!

We’ve been here several times over the years and we always enjoy their coffee. Great selection too with prices that won’t break the bank. I had the cinnamon rolls this time and it was delicious! My wife enjoyed a blueberry scone. This is a good spot for a chat with friends and a good cup of coffee. Check it out the next time you’re in the area.

I have been to Verona several times now with friends and I have never had a bad experience. It’s a small-ish space but we usually don’t have trouble finding a spot to sit together. A couple of times they have been a little slow but it’s at times and days you would expect a small coffee shop to be very busy. I haven’t gotten the food other than a scone (which was good!) but my friend always orders the biscuits and gravy and she seems to enjoy it. Food isn’t a huge variety but it doesn’t need to be, the coffee is the best part.
Their coffee flights are great and my friends and I love splitting them to try new things. My personal favorite coffee here is The Montague under their specialty drinks, I usually get it as decaf and it’s great iced or hot.

Loved the Gilmore Girls coffee flight that they had!! Definitely get it earlier during the day because they have been known to run out but all the drinks were phenomenal and can come hot or iced. Definitely great for a friend get together

Verona has amazing coffee choices, so interesting but all come together well!
The person who works the coffee register for the weekday morning shifts could be a bit more friendly, but I do understand as it is 6 in the morning.
The food kinda of sucks to be honest. The pastries and food look and sound good, but are not. Very dry and bland.
The coffee tho, totally worth it! The flights are sooo cute and love trying out the new coffee flavors. They come up with combinations I would never think of, but are so delicious.

Great spot with a great vibe. I specifically like the greenery inside. Tons of coffee options, of which I’ve had many in the past. Service is very friendly. My only gripe was the breakfast avocado toast. The presentation looked so unappealing and it had a measly one and a half little slices of tomato on top. It wasn’t bad, but did not help making it look so unappetizing.
Either way, great place to meet friends for breakfast on Main Street in Collinsville.

A spacious and inviting spot with a lot of different places to sit. We had cold brews and a gluten free blackberry bar which was delicious. The staff was laid back and polite. It’s an interesting building too. A former department store. If you walk back to the restrooms through Bert’s Chuckwagon, you’ll see an eclectic mix of department store memorabilia.

I love everything about this shop. I wish I lived closer. My daughter does and she only buys their coffee beans. She takes my grandson there a few times a month. He’s four and he loves the breakfast burrito. We’ve done their seasonal flights…my adult son has joined in on those mornings. I’ve gotten a chai and curled up in a chair with a book. A little me time….treat yourself.

Good coffee and baked goods, cozy atmosphere, good local vibe!
The noise level when I went in on a Saturday morning made it a little too hard to sit and read while enjoying the coffee. When it’s less busy, I bet it would be a great study and coffee spot, though!
