I bought a double chicken salad tostada on Friday 01/09/26 @ 1130 am. When I got back to work from the drive thru I opened my salad. There was no double portion of chicken and all rice with no pinto beans. I paid for a service and didn’t get it. How hard is it to get my order right? I don’t not want free food I want what I paid for, that simple.

I was happy to learn that they accept various types of payment, including e b t. However, e b t is only accepted inside and not at the drive through. I ordered two double chicken avocado tosta salads and a chicken burrito.Along with two large cakes. They were exactly on point. Got our order perfectly? Including the extra dressings that we asked for if food look presentable was nice and warm, even by the time. I got home with it.

I bought my supper tonight take out and got the Chicken Toastada. It was ok but the chicken was so dry and hard. I tried calling at 8pm but the mail box was full so I got disconnected. Sad . I would like a refund or a free meal for next time.

This place was messy and uninviting, seems like they haven’t clean the dining room after a lunch rush, but it was pass 4 pm.
Management, there was a full crew behind the counter. All trash bins over flowing, trash in tables, floor, bad for business.
At least the chicken tortilla soup was worth the long waiting, with only 1 person ahead of me!

To start of if i could give a zero for the management I would I call 16 times trying to talk to a manager never got a awnser sad but true , so my husband stop by to surprise me with lunch since he was in the area and got some pollo loco for us to eat when we began to eat or lunch we notice the meat pink and bloody so we stop eating it and call to try to speak to th manager and let them know the problem with our purchase and they never answer let the pictures talk for them self we photographed the chicken that was given to us , the owner needs to talk to the manager they have in charge this is not acceptable people get sick from under cook chicken and some people could die from this I just hope we dont get sick from eating it .
