Picked up my order on 1/22/23 crew was friendly and good tasted good but they gave me the topping of a small pizza on my medium pizza. So I’m not to happy about that both were made like this although the pepperoni was slightly worse. Including photo normally your dough ring is about a inch wide here its roughly 3 inches. Honestly wish I had gone else where and will next time. Because somebody made this and knows they left over have the pizza without toppings then most likely somebody else boxed it up and nobody thought we should remake this? Tells me a lot about the mentality at the store.

It was the worst pizza I have ever eaten at pa pa John’s. I told them I would be 30 minutes away. They told me that they could deal with that. No. They couldn’t. After I picked it up I went a short ways up the road as I always do. Opened the box. My pizza was cold and hardly had any pepperoni on it. What a waste of 26 dollars. I will never do business in the galax store again.

When I was there getting my order a couple days ago they were swamped, with only 2 people working, but I tell you one thing the short red haired girl and the blonde headed dude were absolutely killing it, by far the best quality of pizza, and the most amazing customer service from them both. Wished I had got there names to give them a more personal shout-out. But to the owners them 2 by far are the best thing that has happened in that store in some time, you can definitely tell they really do care! Great Job you two!!

Other than older one of the two lady’s that work there everyone is very nice. The one lady needs to stop being a Karen and keep out of peoples business. My son went in to get a pizza for me while door dashing and she had a problem with it. Its really none of her business my son is 14 and if he wants to help and learn a Good work ethic whats the problem. Better than sticking a device in his hand to keep him quiet. Smh

While waiting for my food, an elderly man walked in with a pizza and said, this was delivered to my house and I didn’t pay for it and don’t want to steal. Knowing the pizza was paid for once and delivered incorrectly, the manager still charged him for the pizza and didn’t even heat it up for him. (His house was 25 min away) he said I’d like to order a pizza, and the manager suggested him to just take that one, the elderly man was too kind to say no..

Arrived at location at the determined time to pick up our order. Upon arrival the order was still in the oven. No big deal. I was told it would be a couple minutes so I went out to the vehicle to tell my wife.
Upon returning to the store I could overhear the two workers talking about an order that just left and there was an issue with it. Neither employee told me what was going on, but I could see that one was frustrated with the other. I asked, did my order leave with someone else? The one who was frustrated didn’t answer, so I repeated the question to the other employee. He slowly came around and asked was mine the pepperoni pizza? I responded yes. He said yeah, I’m sorry. We are making another. I asked how long? He said about 15 minutes. I went back to the car.
After 15 minutes I returned and the one who was frustrated rang me up. As he started I asked”you’re not going to charge me full price, are you?” He said “yes, that’s the price of the food. I said you gave my food to someone else and made me wait another 15 minutes. He said it didn’t take 15 minutes. I stated I waited 15 minutes, y’all knew I was waiting. You could’ve come let me know. I then stated the customer service was not good. When you gave my pizza away you wouldn’t tell me, I had to ask the other employee. You ignored my question. He said I was cooking your food.
In conclusion I told him keep the food and left. This was 30 minutes past the time we were told the original order would be done.
I don’t want handouts or ask for free anything, but if a business makes a mistake they need to make it right.
I do not recommend this location to anyone

Whoever the guy manager is I believe his name was Anthony. He was so rude! I was standing in line waiting for my pizza and an employee came in to get a drink. (I’ve seen her there before working) She waited to be checked out and he was rude to her! He kept cutting eyes at her and having attitude with her. She had got upset because of the way he acted. I felt bad for her having to deal with that. She even apologized for the managers actions and she didn’t even do anything. He should not treat paying customers the way he did even if she is employed there. SHES STILL A PAYING CUSTOMER AND HUMAN. Papa Johns you really need to consider your management. They guy look maybe 24 he clearly has no people skills.

Disappointed. We tried this relatively new pizza shop hoping for a pleasant surprise. Ordered a thin crust, large ($11) one topping (sausage) pizza. Dry, underwhelmingly put together (fixings stopped way before the edge), and the sausage itself was not tasty at all. Might be our taste, or it might be too cheap of quality sausage. We want this shop to succeed in the community, but it will definately have to step up its game.

Terrible customer service! They literally were so rude when I called to tell them I got the wrong pizza and they treated me as if it were my fault! It’s ridiculous. Here’s a tip if you work in customer service, reminder don’t argue with the customer. Just remake the pizza as you should, and admit your wrong. Instead the manger want to throw everyone else under the bus instead of fix his actions. The manager personally has no people skills at all!! The attitude that I got was uncalled for! Do better PAPA JOHNS.
