We ordered 2 pizzas. 1 regular pepperoni and a meat & veggie. There was very little sauce and under cooked. Ingredients were only in the middle, raw dough. We tried to call, no answer. We took back in to get a refund and were met with confrontationsl from the employee, who then threatened to call the cops. We tried to report to corporate and no response. To say the least, never again will we order again. No response, no refund, never again.

I did a delivery order because I’ve had Covid and don’t want to get anyone else sick and haven’t been very hungry and decided to order my favorite breadsticks with cheese dipping sauce and I didn’t receive them. I paid extra for extra sauce just because it’s the way I like to eat their breadsticks. I’ve tried to call them and just let them know “hey I didn’t receive my dips” but they’re not answering. I’m not upset about it more like disappointed and I just wanted to make them aware before they get someone who’s very angry calling them. Food is great but it would’ve been better with my cheese dip

I ordered over $100 in pizza. Pizzas had barely any toppings and were all dryed out. I ordered 2 hours ahead of time to give them a heads up that we would be picking up in 2 hours . Was told we couldn’t take too many napkins. No peppers in pizza box. They were awful pizzas. My Christmas dinner from you was ruined. Soóo dissatisfied!!! Do better!

If you are wanting real Papa John’s pizza don’t order from this Papa John’s because you won’t get that at all!
I am not one to leave horrible reviews but the couple times we have ordered from here the pizza is just horrible and not at all like it is suppose to be.
It is sad when you can go to another Papa John’s and actually get what you paid for and wanted.
It is also sad when your kids even notice the difference and don’t want it because it is so bad. They said why does this pizza look like this and taste so bad. They said it isn’t like this at our Dads when we get Papa John’s.
The crust is flat as can be and not at all like it is supposed to be. There was big bubbles on most of the pieces because of the crust being so thin and not made right.
Over all it just is sad to spend so much money on pizza that you can just get at the store.
I wont be ordering again that is for sure and will take my money elsewhere!
I just hope that they get better management or better workers or fix whatever the issue is!

Throughly impressed with service and food! first time back in almost a year! Will definitely be returning more often!

Ordered a pizza and garlic knots tonight (a Wednesday) and it took over an hour. Not only was it was too slow but the garlic knots were undercooked and no sauce was included (ordered pizza sauce) but then my pizza arrived with hair in the cheese. Wasted time and money on some pizza that the local racoons will get to eat from my garage. Save yourself time and money by ordering any other pizza in town.

Service is spot on. No complaints with the store. However the quality of the pizza is just not the same. The crust seems chewy and the edge was flat and not the fluffy goodness I remember from the late 90’s. The cheese and toppings were lacking. Seems like recipes are continuing to change from what they used to be across pizza chains.

Lancaster ohio papa johns. I’ve been calling for an hour. No one will pick up. The pepper that comes with the pizza looks like it was chewed up and spit back out. Looks like someone smashed their finger in the crust. The pizza it’s self is wrong supposed to be a stuffed crust pizza ,supposed to get 3 spicy garlic sauces with the pizza and nope those aren’t there either. Horrible service but don’t worry on my account. I’ll be getting ahold of you guys tomorrow since you can’t pick up the phone and this will be the last time I order from you guys

Papa Johns has been my favorite pizza of all time. This location is literally the worst I’ve ever been too. Everytime I ask for extra sauce they NEVER seem to get it right. In fact, they only put about half the amount of all the toppings I paid for. It happens evey single time. Then when I speak to the staff about it there’s nothing but excuses. From now on I will drive 10 mins further to Chillicothe to get my pizza made correctly. Lancaster really needs to work on there pizza making skills.
