I have been coming here for probably 5 years now, and I love this location. I always use the drive thru and the mobile app, but the interactions I have with employees are always pleasant. Orders are almost always right on point. Sometimes they will be out of an item, but always offer to replace it with something of similar price. The coffee is good. Sometimes it varies, but I’ve never really had anything here that was bad.

Came here because we had a craving for some donuts. Found that they were stocked very well! Great looking donuts! There manager said she will continue to restock their supply all the way to 6PM. They close at 8pm so that’s a great thing. They are not cooperate like all the other locations in the area. They unlike the rest do keep things stocked. They do fundraisers and more so I highly recommend coming here and supporting the locally owned store instead of big corporate who apparently don’t want to fix donuts anyways!!

I was just chewed out the first time I ordered at this establishment? I’m still a bit confused as to why? They told me I’ve been there before and done this before and told if I order “this big” to come inside. This is legit the first time I’ve ever ordered from here and I ordered 3 meal deals, 2 tater tots and 2 morning wraps. I def don’t think this is a big order, but I’ve also never been here before. Maybe I look like someone they know I have no idea, but def won’t go there again. Would give 0 starts if I could. So rude for no reason.

This place is the deity of Dunkins. Not one other location can top the staff, service and attitude of this place. Entire team is great from 6:00AM until closing. Friendly and always on spot with my order. It’s a daily stop for us including weekends and I don’t see it changing anytime soon.

I just would like to share that I come to Dunkin pretty much everyday with maybe missing one day and sometimes twice a day and for about 4 years. I have never encountered the rudeness that I have been experiencing lately from one lady that greets you in the drive thru to take your order. And as it has it I have encountered her pretty much every morning. She never says good morning or anything…” WE DONT HAVE DONUTS” “WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU” that’s it and as I precede to order she then says “PULL AROUND” that’s it. No thank you no nothing and funny you never see her at the window, I guess for obvious reasons. Today I went there and ordered my coffee, encountered her rudeness, pulled up to get my coffee and left and went to drink my drink and it was so awful that had to throw it again as I didn’t have time to go back as I had to be at work. I always get the caramel crazed iced latte and I even checked the sticker to make sure that is what I ordered, and it was. It tasted like someone had put coffee in that was old as dirt with a smidge of milk and whip cream, which is not my drink. So, I am not one to complain but after multiple times and spending the amount of money I do there for what I always thought was so good, I now think it’s time to take my business elsewhere. I just wanted to bring this to the attention of whoever and for anyone else who has wasted their money on a lady that hates her job and is rude to customers.

AMAZING STAFF and MNGT!!! Greeted by name most every morning, felt special until I realized they care enough to know all of the regulars! If they don’t, they soon will. I like a few pieces of ice in my coffee, never have to ask, it’s done. Use the mobile app and never have to wait, it’s done. Best coffee in the valley in my opinion, and definitely better than the Bucks. These folks will brighten your day, make Monday feel like Friday!
