This place was super cute. Nice little vibe and the vibrant yellow colors really bring out a good energy. Both ladies working were super kind and helpful. When I ordered, it was between the classic or the farmers for me, so I chose something different and went with the farmers and it did not disappoint it was super delicious the sauce on it was good! The tomato basil soup was delicious and the bread had a perfect crunchiness to it. The Toscana panini was also delicious and flavorful, nothing I ordered was disappointing, everything was fulfilling and was a good portion. Last was the lavender lemonade I ordered, super delicious not to far off of what regular lemonade tastes like, just a hint of lavender made a good difference!

Super cute little cafe and bistro with delicious coffee and brunch foods is certainly worth making some time for if you are in New Braunfels! I got the Le Citron crepes and my boyfriend got the French toast they were both delicious! They played European music which really set the atmosphere and the decor on the walls just complimented the general vibe. I would love to go back!

Good service, great ambiance, mediocre food. We had the Monte Crisco Crepe (okay, but all you taste is the ham & cheese, crepe is bland), Hashbrowns (really good), Ham & Cheese Crosiant (average), and Waffles with fruit (overcooked store bought mini waffles). Very pricey for what you get.

This coffee shop is charming and offers delightful European desserts and dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Quiche Lorraine with crispy bacon. The eclairs and cannolis were delightful with just the right amount of sweetness, and the vanilla notes were prominently evident in the creamy filling. The Chicken Florentine crepe was satisfying and was elevated by the delicious Hollandaise sauce.
The interior is bright and airy, with a fresh, lemon-themed décor in light yellow hues. The details, such as the elegant lemon accents, add to the overall aesthetic appeal of the café.

We love this bakery! The savory pancake was a little dry, but delicious. The chef even served us himself. Great atmosphere, good place for conversation.

I recently first heard of Le Citron when a member of the SA Restaurant Group on Facebook shared a post. My husband and I were headed to Austin for the day and thought to stop by for lunch to check it out.
We were happy that they had outdoor seating on a nice day. Looking over the menu near the door was a bit awkward before we could order. I decided to try the Clover Leaf Latte because of the Irish Cream while my husband tried the Turtle Mocha. His drink tasted more like a hot chocolate. Since their croissants were made in-house, both of us got croissant sandwiches – mine was the European one while my husband got the Stuffed Chicken Salad one.
We also got the Strawberry Cream Crepe which was decent. Felt it was heavy on the cream cheese though.
Overall was a good experience though I noticed on the ride home that they charged for using the credit card. Wish they would’ve said something about that.
I did buy a bag of Italian Roast coffee beans to make some cold brew at home. Looking forward to giving it a try.

I went there for breakfast. The place is very cute and welcoming. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately, that’s the best part of this establishment. There’s a screen above the cashier with the menu. The screen is very high up. This screen changes ever few seconds, and you can’t finish reading it. This was very annoying for both my husband and myself. There’s no printed menu to refer to. We ordered cafe mochas, croissants and a strawberry crepe. I’m an avid baker and espresso fan and make all of these items at home. The coffee tasted like cocoa, no espresso taste, in the least. I didn’t like the croissants, but my husband did. They were doughy, not flaky or buttery. We both agreed that the crepe had a really good flavor, but the crepe itself was rubbery. I prefer to eat and shop local, but I won’t be returning. I hope this feedback helps the shop owner on improvements that could be made.

Cute little shop. The girl at the cash register was very nice. Our lunch came our pretty quickly. The cup of tomato soup was really good. The Toscana panini was good but a little dry. My friend enjoyed her caprese baguette & chocolate croissant. The music & atmosphere are super chill. Very easy to have a conversation inside. The bathroom was clean & large. I would go back.

I’m usually more of a tea person than a coffee person. But the lavender latte was delightful and the strawberry crepe was excellent. Very quaint bistro. I also took a selection of macarons to go. My favorite was the lemon. One of the things I also enjoyed was the music – 60s French Pop! I truly felt like I was back in Paris! Lovely!! ☺️

Stopped to grab coffee/latte to go. Took almost 20 min. The barista took his time and mingled with other customers while we were waiting. He left the prepared coffees on the counter for too long before handing them over, so they were cold and had to be redone.
On the positive note, place is very cute and mini eclairs were delicious.
