Well…here we go again with the typical Chinese restaurant!
Only go here when there’s lots of people if you expect to get HOT SHRIMP and the dishes thats popular because they will not bring out “”HOT SHRIMP AND MAIN DISHES”” if they don’t have many people!!!
They expect you to eat up ALL THE COLD FOOD before they’ll bring out anymore HOT FOOD!!!

My family and I was in there last Friday, and they got seafood on the bar now!! We were shocked because they haven’t done this before. The waitress stayed getting our refills and plates. To top it off, the lady at the front desk made us laugh our butts off. Best experience in a very long time. Cleanliness 10/10 atmosphere 10/10 service and smiles definitely 10/10. Will be going back soon!!

My family member (who wants to remain anonymous) ate here and found a roach in her food!!
The waitress apologized and said that the bug man had just been there that morning. Although it was Sunday.
They didn’t even offer a refund. Just took the plate and said they were sorry. Absolutely disgusting.

Enjoyed this place as China Pan and still enjoy it under the new name. It’s been well remodeled including a hand wash station right in the entrance area. Food is always good and they keep this place clean and the buffet is almost never short of variety. Even the Sushi is amazing.

Stopped for lunch. Lots of good food. So many selections to choose from and even a grill chef to cook your order. The decor is excellent and they have a hand washing station before you sit down. Lighting was tasteful. Service was fast and friendly. The bathroom was clean but could use a remodel. At $11.99 per person I felt the price was fair and this restaurant exceeded my expectations. I will return next time I’m in Jackson, TN.

We came in and they placed us at a table like we some dogs. Then when all the white folks come in our area to be seated they got asked where they wanted to be seated. Second, the food was alright need wayyyyy more seasoning and flavor. Do better King Buffet!

This place is nasty. We walked in and the foyer had food all over the floor, which was indeed a red flag. The food was not terrible, but the floor around the food area was greasy and slippery. It ruined my appetite, and because I assumed the kitchen was just as bad or worse as the areas that everyone can plainly see, I strategically chose foods that did not require stringent safe storage, cooking, and sanitizing. Needless to say, I won’t be returning. My advice to you is to skip this place and go up the road to the Supreme buffet instead.
Edit: I just read a review here that someone found a roach in their food, WITH PHOTO, and hence I’ve lowered my review to 1 star as a public service. This place needs to be put out of business, period. It’s a health hazard.
