Great place to get a well sized meal for a decent price. I got the chicken Cobb salad and the turkey avocado sandwich medium size. There is an option to get the small size. The amount of food that came out was satisfactory.
The atmosphere though needs to be lit a bit more and the servers should go around to check if the tables are clean more often. Me and one other guy were the only ones in the restaurant when I sat down and I could see a few tables that had crumbs on them and they weren’t wiped down.
Overall though this is a great place to grab food anytime of the day.

My husband and I dined in for lunch at this location on Saturday. We placed our order at 157pm. There were two other guest in front of us that had placed orders to dine in. At this time there were only the three of us in the entire store waiting for our order. Well the other two patriots in the restaurant that was a family of two had received their order within 5 mins were eating. After 15 minutes of us still waiting for our meal, I went to the counter and ask for the manager. The manager Jerry Cruz I inform him we have been waiting 15 minutes for our food. He then says they were backed up and the orders are expedited as the tickets come in. I ask him is he taking care of the drive through and we came in with the other two customers and still waiting. By this time one of the customers had finished their food and left. The other customer had went back to the counter and order something to go. As I sit waiting the time their order was placed the girl at the counter within 6 mins brings them their to go order. We got our food 20 minutes of complaining to Jerry, but no apologies and he tone was as he didnt care and non chaulant. While eating our meal customers begin to come in and one customer placed a order at 225pm and their food came out 5-6 minutes later for a family of three. As we sit here watching this unfold and being disrespected after we have paid our money to dine here. I see the general manager in the lobby Lauren dressed in black uniform. I asked to speak with her. As I told her how we were treated in this store and informed management, she began to make excuses for the manager and said he didnt have help, typical excuse. We see the three plus workers in the back walking around, then she states our ticket got misplaced. I informed her that we’re the only black people in the store and at the time we came inside to order it was only 2 other customers dining in, but they didnt look like us. I told her we will not be back here again. The two of them need to put themselves in our shoes. We didnt deserve to be treated with such disrespect. Scholotsky always remember the CUSTOMERS PAYS YOUR BILLS. The manager lacks professionalism, no customer relations. It evident that Jerry is someone that has worked here some years and was promoted, and it shows. I don’t tolerate disrespect from no one, although Lauren said Jerry is black and el Salvador, I assume she thought that was OK to say. We will never come back to this place again.

For cold cut sandwiches, this place is what I search for first. While it is not on the menu. I always get the large original combo. It’s plenty for me…. well.. enough, I guess.. this time we visited Schlotzsky’s on a Wednesday and ordered the large original sandwich. Since Wednesday is BOGO for pizzas, I tried the pepperoni and the Supreme. Got to admit, their pizzas are pretty good. Crunchy crust, just enough cheese(as a cheesehead its never enough though).. Go on Wednesday to try out the pizzas if you haven’t done so already. You won’t regret it. Enjoy!

The app missed that I added some items to my pizza. I called because the app said to do so if something looks wrong. The girl who answered didn’t seem to understand, and then just simply wasn’t listening. It got to the point where I didn’t trust that my food would arrive unharmed.

I really enjoy eating at the Schlotzsky’s in Lewisville, Texas. The staff is always friendly, my orders are consistently correct, and everything is made quickly. My favorite is the pastrami and swiss on rye, and their hot sauce is an awesome addition that makes a great sandwich even better.
They have a nice variety on the menu, so there’s something for everyone in the family. I definitely recommend Schlotzsky’s in Lewisville for your next sandwich.

I have a 15 minute lunch break and I spent 13 of those minutes waiting at the window for SOUP. I know damn well they aren’t making soup to order so I’m struggling to understand what the heck took so long. Didn’t even have time to eat due to the long wait at the window, even though there were zero cars ahead of me. It’s called fast food, not slow as hell food.

The sandwich formula must have changed in the last 10 years. The original was ok but I probably wont return. I asked for extra, extra, extra onions and as you can see there was probably 5 slices of onion. The sandwich maker even told me it had extra onions. This is less than the regular amount of onions 5 years ago. The bead is noticeably thinner than when I began eating @ schlotzskys 30 years ago. Unfortunately this chain has gone from so delicious I will drive out of my way for a sandwich to meh I don’t care if I return. It is sad.
