5 stars for everything ordered.
We dined tonight for the 3rd 2/14 since we moved here. Prosciutto bruschetta, and Special crispy artichoke were fantastic. Also ordered a spicy sausage pizza, and a mushroom truffle gnocchi ( added shrimp), both were fantastic. Slower service to be expected for Valentine’s day, didn’t matter. Busy, but tame enough to enjoy the great background music selection, and atmosphere of the place.
Can’t wait to come back soon.

I am a Trevi frequenter. Not only was I there last night, but I also had my 30th birthday party in the “Tuscan” room. Trevi staff has a way of making each of their guests feel like the most important person there. Trevi puts out a level of food quality that most are not ready for and might not even be capable of recognizing. It is a scratch kitchen that requires, at times, patience. Every minute is worth the wait as those of us who have actually experienced Italy will tell you, this is among the few restaurants in the area that truly rival traditional Italian cuisine found only in Verona or Florence. Be weary of these types of reviews – This is NOT a fast food establishment. This is a high quality, family owned and operated, traditional Italian restaurant. If you desire fast service over quality, there is no shortage of those. Restaurants who truly care about the quality of food they serve their guests are rare to come by nowadays and this is one of those places. A place that feels like home.

Just OK restaurant. Other than being sat where we were sat (in the back room near the dishwasher despite there being plenty of tables elsewhere), I liked the atmosphere of the other rooms in the restaurant. Food was just OK. Mussels in red sauce were good. The mussels were cooked well – not overdone. Crabmeat stuffed mushrooms were just OK. Eggplant entree was sliced way too thick for my liking and was bland. I was led to believe that in lieu of pasta I could order a side of broccoli rabe. So l, I ordered broccoli rabe and later saw I was charged $9 for it. Definitely NOT worth the $9. Pizza was by far the best thing on the menu. Name states it’s BYOB but they sell drinks and their own wine. Wine is $22/bottle. Again, wine was not bad but it also wasn’t worth ever getting again. Our waitress was very nice but service was very slow.

I truly hate to give this review because I love Trevi. It’s my fiancée’s neighborhood restaurant. But they really need to work on their weekend meal to table timing. Walked in at 7:30 ordered basic low prep pasta dishes and didn’t walk out until 9:45. They were also out of 3 items we ordered. It was the end of the evening so understandable but we didn’t get the notice if the 86’d items until well after we ordered them. The food we did get was delicious though. Just avoid high dining hours.

These guys have the best pizza in the area, by far. I used to live in Glenside, and we came once a week. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is authentic, everything is great here. I live in Doylestown now and think of this place all the time, wishing I could be back soon. Please check TreVi out, you won’t regret it!

We have been coming here for over a year since moving to the area and enjoy the food as a local spot. We came in tonight and were quoted a 15-20 minute wait for a table for 2. We chose to wait at the bar and get an appetizer and drink while waiting since we were informed the full menu wasn’t served at the bar. Our appetizers took over 40 mins to come out, one of which was a salad with no protein. When we checked in on the status of our table and position on the wait list (well after our quoted wait time) our bartender told us she didn’t know and someone would get us when the table was ready. After an hour, there was no sign of a table. What made this experience incredibly frustrating was the group of 4 that joined us at the bar about 50 mins in was promised that their table was being cleared off momentarily and was given the option to start ordering from the full menu right away. We chose to leave after our appetizers and go elsewhere for our main meal. To make this an even worse experience, upon leaving the host told us “hopefully next time you’ll get the full menu.” This felt rude and unnecessary, given that it was that same host who never came to seat us and was prioritizing other groups instead. Safe to say we will not be returning for awhile.

We have always been very pleased at Trevi. We have eaten there and also have used the take-out service. Every dish has been delicious.
On the website, we’ve read that some clients think that the service is slow. This is probably due to large numbers of diners. We suggest that one calls to learn which days and times are more crowded than usual and always to make a reservation for less crowded days and times.

I’ve eaten here twice and both times have had excellent food and excellent service. Nice sized portions for a decent price.

Trevi is our go to restaurant before we see a show at the Keswick Theater and last night’s meal was exceptionally good. Before we dined, I made reservations online and we got there early, so we didn’t have to rush.
My wife and I shared the fried calamari with the spicy dipping sauce, which was crispy, hot and the sauce had a little zing (which we both loved), and I had a cup of the crab tomato soup which did not disappoint, it had a rich bright tomato/crab flavor, with a touch of tarragon and cream. Both were excellent.
For our main courses, my wife had the Chicken Piccata served over linguine and I had the Orecchiette Bolognese and both were delicious. The piccata hit all the right notes, garlic, stock, lemon, capers, and olive oil, with wilted spinach served on a bed of linguine. My Bolognese was very good, savory ground veal & beef in a rich tomato sauce tossed with Orecchiette, then topped with ricotta, it was so good the next time we dine at Trevi I will order it again!
Our server was cheerful, unobtrusive, and did an outstanding job, we will be back!

I truly appreciate a restaurant that does cook from scratch, but waiting 45 minutes for our first course after placing the order is blurring that line. Also no full menu at the bar upon arrival ( which is fine), but a group next to us at the bar was given the full menu for ordering.
