I placed an order for nachos And a burrito. When I arrived to pick up, They had forgotten the nachos. They made them, when I got home I realized that they put the toppings on my wife chose for her burrito, And missed all of mine. I called to get it fixed and brought them back. I should’ve checked, But when I got home, I realized they forgot the chips to my nachos. Not to mention the almost passive aggressive amount of cilantro they threw on there. They were about to close so I called to ask for a refund, They asked me so you arent going to eat it? I would love a replacement, but y’all are closing, can I come get them replaced or get more chips? They told me the refund would be in my account in four to five business days without apology. Not a good location.

I give praise to the only two men that worked today on Valentine’s Day. It should have been way more people working to help out, I truly felt bad to watch the work so hard alone. Management should definitely work on staffing better to help them out.

I ordered 3 chicken tacos and the meat tastes like fake rubber chicken . I think it’s like 90 percent filler and 10 percent chicken. And wow hardly any meat at all very skimpy on portion of chicken if that’s even real chicken

I paid over $60 to feed my family dinner here tonight. The food was completely wrong (ok that happens), but when we picked up the food, the whole dining room was in chaos. When the manager came out to help the oblivious line worker, he pointed out to her obvious ways to see what our order was and then made some comment about her being on drugs and not being able to fulfill the order. I have called the restaurant several times to try to get something rectified, but they have the phone completely turned off.

This is the so called new limited time birria in a bowl – waste of money ! I was better off going to chipotle !!!! This was horrible i wouldn’t recommend this location as the workers clearly can’t make a basic bowl… chipotle would never ! I spent over $30 on my order and this is what I get like where is the birrria ?!!! Find another location this is horrible and pathetic ! Hire better workers who actually care and know what the heck they’re doing … like how do you seriously mess up a bowl for a new food item at that . I was looking forward to this after a long day of work and this is what I get… never again !

Terrible. Paid $40 for a bowl that wasn’t even nearly filled, a burrito they forgot the chicken and queso that I didn’t ask for but they ran out of guacamole so they replaced it with queso since “they couldn’t refund me for the guac since I already paid” well then take it off the online option. There were five pieces of rubber chicken in my sons quesadilla – TERRIBLE AND A WASTE OF MY DANG MONEY
