On Mothers Day my daughter and I went to Coati and ordered a little bit of food from each vender and from Toasted Bunz we chose the Philly Fries. These aren’t just any loaded fries; they’re a masterpiece. Topped with real, thinly sliced Philly steak and a perfect blend of grilled onions and peppers, every bite was a delightful crunch of well-balanced flavors. What really sets it apart is the delicious sauce—a secret weapon that binds all the ingredients in harmony without overwhelming the fresh taste of each component.
The entire meal was a hit, with various dishes impressing us at the table, but the unanimous star was definitely the Philly Fries. Both my daughter and I agreed they were our favorite, standing out in a sea of culinary excellence. Our next trip is already planned with an eye on trying their “Samiches,” which, if anything like their fries, will surely be another home run.
If you find yourself here, do yourself a favor: start with the Philly Fires. You won’t regret it!

my wife n i both got hot dogs, 1 ketchup n 1 mustard. felt very much like that scene from spongebob where those two fish ask what’ll be fellas, mustard, or ketchup, n they both slap their knee giggling. we also shared our singlular order of fries n a lil mandarin jarrito.
we got there at the absolute perfect time bc the gentleman taking our order informed us he literally just served the last of the hot dog buns. we asked if we could still get hot dogs n he would the burger buns be okay? we of course said yeah, it’s reminiscent of our separate childhoods.
the gentleman directly brought the food to us n apologized again for running out of hot dog buns but we understood how it happens. lemme tell you tho, these dogs were hittin, hella juicy, got them lil char marks. oh man ts was hella good.
whenever we go to COATI, we usually get some horchata from The Paleta Grill then we hit up Toasted Bunz for a couple dogs.
i never asked if a military discount exists. we are hot dog lovers so I will update this review once i get an answer from the staff there.
i will also update this review once i get a hot dog w a hot dog bun so it’s a much more accurate review

Easily one of the top 5 burgers I have had in my life. The food was delicious, the burger serving a big greasy patty with a distinct taste. While not listed, the man at the counter let me stick bacon on my burger for $3 extra, and bacon always enhances a burger. While I mostly just had a burger, it was filling enough that I went from starving (it was after 10:00 and I has last ate at 12:00) to no longer hungry in the slightest. I also tried, from someone else, some of the bacon cheese fries, and they were good as well. The other person who got a burger conferred on its significant taste and ‘juice’, overall putting the food at a full 5 stars. The man at the counter was energetic and friendly, and we talked the full time while the burger was cooking. He, of course, cooked the meal himself (the place is sort of a vendor stall), meaning he was hearty and a good chef. This brings the service up to a 5 as well. The atmosphere was nothing special, easily out toned by the surrounding food court which was full of Neon lights and flashy colors and displays, but this mediocrity was easily outweighed by the other factors concluding in a 5 star experience and a new top 5 burger and burger place. It was a wonderful experience and I hope to one day return.

This is easily the best burger spot I have ever been to in Colorado Springs. This place has such shitty eateries, but if you come here, you’re guaranteed to get one of the best burgers you could ever ask for especially if Chris makes it. The chimichurri is so good too. I recommend adding that to the burger. The only thing that I would say that I wish they had was maybe some jalapeños to add to their burgers or some kind of really spicy sauce to jazz it up a bit more. Otherwise, the food is really really good and I highly recommend it.

I went in today and Chris immediately greeted me. I checked out the whole place and ended up buying the steak fried and a burger. Everything was cooked perfectly and the pink sauce was incredible. You gotta check this please out.

Way over priced and says fries inside…I see no fries what so ever….I dk what it is with this new generation thinking their food is gourmet and deserves money or praise… but i wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person!

Even though the sandwich was decent, for $19-my meal was cheesy. The guy behind the counter w dreadlocks acted like he would rather be anywhere else. WOULD NOT EAT HERE AGAIN. Do better be better.

This was our first visit to Colorado Springs as a family. When we arrived at the establishment, we approached the counter and spent some time reviewing the menu posted there. Despite standing there for about 10 minutes, an employee who glanced at us multiple times failed to acknowledge our presence or say anything. Eventually, she informed us they were closed for the night. (Approximately 2 hours before their posted closing time)
What made this even more disappointing was that my kids (who aren’t exactly quiet) were actively talking about what they wanted to order. It was clear we were there to make a purchase, and it would have taken no effort to simply inform us earlier that they were closed. A little kindness and communication go a long way. It costs nothing
