We finally stepped into this little Bar and Grill called Ko-Ket and I’m glad we did. We ordered the rib eye steak sandwich and the chicken and beans. The homemade beans were amazing especially on a cold day on the delta. Just got home and realized we left out left overs. Lol. Well just means we have to return sooner. Next time will be the Fish Tacos.

We had breakfast at Ko-Ket 3 weeks ago and enjoyed it so much that we decided to go again for their Mothers Day brunch. We invited friends to join us. The B.E.L.T.A. was awesome. My husband had the burrito again, and it was as delicious as the first time he ordered it. The tots are the best we’ve ever had…crispy on the outside, soft inside, and seasoned perfectly. They have a great choice of Mimosa flavors. The staff is super friendly and laid back. There is some seating inside and plenty of outside seating. The live music was very nice and not too loud. They have music scheduled most weekends over the summer. We are local, so we’ll be back for sure.

Servers were super personable, kind and attentive. We went when they were hosting a little community Halloween contest which was adorable. The 20 min margarita was strong and delicious. They also laughed at all my boyfriends bad jokes which was a great plus! 10/10 would come back when we are in the area.

We had lunch here yesterday. It was $3 TACO Thursday, but only one of our group chose that. The other 3 of our party opted for the $15 hamburgers. The price was much too high for unexceptional hamburgers, and there was no real dining room, only outside picnic tables, also no service except for the order taker bringing the food to the picnic table, after we had ordered the food from the inside counter. Not only that, but only bottled water was available, at an extra cost! It felt like a complete rip-off. The only plus was the view of the water, but it shouldn’t have cost some $60 for four people to eat a very simple meal at a less-than-clean wooden picnic table by the riverside.

Food and drinks were not good and we waited a long time for food and service. My drink was a watered down paloma. Horrible! Hamberger was those store bought premade patties. Very dry and tasteless was not worth 18.00. Wont go back there.
