I love the food but their customer service is just Horrible. This is my 3rd time walking in to this Roca restaurant, in all 3 occasions they were not busy whatsoever yet no one even said hi when I came through the door, I looked around to check if they had tamales and got a drink and crema from their fridge, then walked over to the counter again just for the lady to stare at me and not once ask me if I needed help or to charge me for the things I placed on the counter, she had me waiting for like 3 minutes just standing there and didn’t say a word to me while I’m just waiting to pay. Then she gets a call in order and chooses to take the call instead of checking me out, she spends about 5 another 3-5 minutes on the phone, then she gets off the phone and still just stares back at me with a bad look on her face and that’s when I finally ask and say, could I pay for this here please? she looks back at me and says yeah again with an attitude, then I ask for the tamales please, she starts grabbing them with a horrible attitude as if I did something to her and finally charges me and I get on my way. Which on top of that, the crema was the most expensive crema I have ever paid for, it was the smallest little bag of crema salvadoreña for $6. But that’s out of the problem here. They need to fix their customer service or they’ll go out of business soon.

The food is great! But they have only 1 waitress ALL THE TIME!!
Place gets very busy!! And my guess they have no cooks either!! We waited almost 40 min!!
The waitress delivers the take out as well .
The cashier also has to run inside to get orders…

Poor service waitress didnt even bother to greet or offer us to help resolve seating situation when we needed a table with more then 4 chairs we decide to do it our selfes and the waitress said to us thats my pathway yall cant put them together there when she definitely had the other pathway on the other side we decided to just leave why waste our money in a place we didnt feel welcome or helped .

horrible customer service. Horchata tastes like burnt popcorn diarrhea.. if you taste the drink they won’t take it back or trade you for anything else. they say you already tasted it we can’t take it back. how am I supposed to know it tastes nasty without tasting it first.

Bad Service, asked for Tamales de Elote and the lady didn’t give me a fork with my take out, She was extremely rude. Sweet bread was stale.. I would not recommend going here you will be disappointed…

Delicious Salvadorian food do recommend it although need to have a bit patience sometimes food order takes a bit time to be placed on table but it’s worth it….just don’t good to hungry…LOL
