The Manager needs fired. I just left drive thru and had to back up to window after 6 cars went passed. I had eggs, sausage and hashbrown on a plate. Waited over 20 min. Backed up and ask did she forget about me not being rude and she snapped and said if I thought I could do her job better I’m welcome to it. Then I told her,you should take people in the order they come in and she proceeded to snap at me and tell me she has been a manager for 10 years. Ummm, I know ppl at McDonald’s and managers who would never speak to a paying customer like this lady. She needs fired or step down since she can not handle getting behind. I am actually one of the type who understands customer service and I own a business. I would not put up with an employee being disrespectful to someone purchasing from my company. I will never step foot back at this place again. Food was cold on top of that. How do 6 cars pass me when they have the same thing I order unless it’s chicken but that takes longer to cook right? I recommend avoid this one like the plague or until this lady is replaced with someone that can handle the job. I have many Google reviews and normally I’m a good review bc that’s what I love to do for business but not today. I would give it a negative 100 if I could. I also always round up for the Mcdonald house but guess that’s not happening from me bc I’m done with McD until she is removed.

It took over 20mins just to get my food and I had bought 3 happy meals with the toys for my kids and there wasn’t a single toy in any of the boxes. Don’t waste your time going here!

Lately I have been given the wrong order, the wrong amount, or told to wait at a spot that is occupied by another person. And when I addressed it to them they straight up told me it was my problem. Don’t go here, there’s plenty of other places that actually care about accuracy and service.

Not fast at all they all seem to be taking breaks not to sure why during a rush hour spend about 10 mins to 20 mins everytime when everything i order take 4min or less to prep take more orders then they put out and wish I didn’t even come and order also all the wait for food not to even be fresh. I used to work it never this slow or cold ither. Had to wait 15 time.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered on mobile app and had to wait for 45 minutes for my food to come out and it was cold and missing items. I went in and stood at the counter for 10 minutes for them to look at me and not help me at all, then I could hear the employees talk about how much they hated working the front counter. I ended up calling the store to tell them I was at the front counter to have an order fixed before anyone helped me and then when I did get help they were rude as hell. If you go to this loves you’re better off to eat at subway they at least have some customer service there.

Got 2 McGriddles at 5:30am and both of them were dry and old. I asked the lady at the counter if they could be remade, and she said to give her a sec because her manager was in the restroom. A lady asked for my food and I gave it to her. A few seconds later I heard her and a few others in the back saying “That’s not hard! Feel that and tell me if it’s hard.” So I kind of looked behind the counter and told them I NEVER said it was hard, I said it was dry and old. They just stared at me. I’ve been waiting for going on 10 minutes for my ‘new’ order to be made. Manager did try to offer a refund though, so that was nice. Nothing else about this place is nice, though.

If your a Doordasher this place is a nightmare. Cashier station is never manned and they can’t see you around the bend, their focus is on drive thru and not the front
