The food is always excellent here! The wings and burger are my favorite! Especially the honey rocket wings. The meat they use for the burgers is excellent and I believe they get it from Hemps meat market. They are short staffed and considering that they still do an excellent job!
I always know ahead of time what I want so I place my order immediately and it’s about a 20 minute wait. They have handled many birthday dinners for my family and yes it takes 20-40 min for the food with that size group, but we would still go even with the wait. Love the staff, they are super friendly!

Stopped in with my husband while doing the candlelight tours of Frederick. We both had the American hamburgers which were terrific, and could not have been any better. Large juicy, meat procured from a special butcher, good bun, simple but perfect. And the accompanying fries were thin and crispy- could be the best hamburgers in town. Service was good, a one man show on the quiet afternoon we went. Never rushed. Could use some help with the atmosphere but the Christmas tree helps.

One of the go to places for great food and good people in Frederick !! Give them a try you will not be sorry. Just remember good fresh made food takes a little longer so order an appetizer. They are great.

Have been attending this restaurant now for 2-3 years and can’t speak better on its food and customer service. Have to say that I am always surprised how much of a hidden gem it is as I normally go for lunch and it’s never busy. My go to dish is the cheesesteak and it does not disappoint as it’s served with fresh cut bottomless fries. He steak is nicely seasoned and the fries are always made to order. For the most part you can get anything on the cheesteak without paying an up charge for about 12 dollars and that is a solid price in this economy. Many thanks to Veronica and the kitchen staff as they are amazing.

Capital Crave is definitely worth a visit! The fresh cut fries and burgers are delicious. I would absolutely recommend the Cajun burger with the over easy egg added to it. My son really enjoyed his bacon burger as well. The staff was really friendly as well. We will certainly be back again soon.

Shaina is an excellent server with a great personality. The food was tasty. The chicken soup was full of veggies and chicken. It was a bit peppery for my taste. The chicken sub was very tasty and plentiful. The crispy onion rings were delicious. Our first time but we will be back.

Been hearing things about the wings so decided to stop in, we were the only ones in there and place was dead but wings were nice and crispy, reasonably priced, just could have used a little more sauce. Inside the VFW Lodge give them a shot if you’re in the area.

The server was very rude ! Ask for old bay wings mild there was no reason of bay on them had to ask for old bay to add my self . The fries was very good . Never came around to see if we need anything until we wave her down . Then she was taking plates off the table and I had a napkin in my hand I was still using and she took it right out of my hand !!!!! We went right after they opened so there was no excuse for the poor service we were the only ones there ! And there was only 3 of us ! The wings were ok , but very disappointed in the after everyone saying how good they were ! The best thing I had was the fries how sad !

The first time I tried going to Capital Crave I left because I thought it was a part of the VFW. After talking with someone they said it’s not a part of the VFW and I should definitely try them. I’m happy I tried Capital Crave again. (You act like you’re going to the VFW but use the door on the right)
CC did not disappoint! We did dinner before a movie. We got seated quickly. Our waitress was very friendly. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. Two subs, 2 beers and a soda for $35. We sat outside and basically had the whole outdoor dining area all to ourselves. We ordered the Italian cold cut which came with regular fries. I like how they seasoned them with Old Bay and the cheeseburger sub with potato wedges. All the meat CC uses is from The Mt. Airy Meat Locker and you can tell! #shoplocal

We had the Cajun Burger and Bacon Burger (double patty). These patties are actually 1/2 pound. The fries were good. It was quiet and low on staff for a Sunday afternoon, but still they were great and friendly. Affordable too. Not like your big chain restaurants.
