Every time I visit this Dunkin Donuts, I’m greeted with warm smiles and quick service even during busy mornings! The staff are friendly, patient, and always get my order right. The coffee is fresh, the donuts are soft and delicious, and the store is always clean and well organized. I especially appreciate how consistent they are whether I stop by early in the morning or later in the day, the quality and service never change. It’s easily my favorite Dunkin’ location they truly make my mornings better!

I would like to report serious concerns about the management and operations at this Dunkin location.
During my visits, the working environment appeared extremely unprofessional and chaotic. Staff often looked severely sleep-deprived and under significant stress, which raises concerns about whether employees are being treated fairly and whether proper food safety standards are consistently followed.
I am also concerned that some workers at this location may be working off the books or “under the table.” If this is happening, it raises questions about labor practices, accountability, and customer safety.
Customers should be able to trust that a food establishment is operating responsibly and that employees are properly trained and working under legal and safe conditions. I strongly encourage a review or inspection of this location to ensure compliance with labor and food safety standards.

I love this Dunkin! The staff are friendly, especially Breej. He’s a great worker who is always smiling and asking me how I am doing. The service is fast and friendly and I can look forward to getting my food on-time.

Had an awful experience here. At 40 weeks pregnant, I ordered a medium decaf pumpkin iced latte for myself and a medium vanilla bean iced latte for my friend. The cashier rang mine as a regular pumpkin latte with an extra decaf shot—which is not only incorrect but more expensive. I tried to explain, but the language barrier between us made communicating challenging. She got annoyed, walked off, and came back with two cups of milk and syrup, no espresso, saying, “there, I just took the coffee out altogether.”
I explained again—one was supposed to have decaf espresso, the other regular espresso. She muttered something to her coworker, who then made the lattes and slammed them on the counter while rolling her eyes at me. My card had already been taken, so I couldn’t just drive off. In the end, I paid extra for the “decaf shot,” and my friend got French vanilla instead of vanilla bean. Who knows if mine had caffeine in it or not.
We ended up driving to the Dunkin’ in Plainwell (which I highly recommend, they’re amazing) right after, and our order was perfect—plus $4 cheaper just because it was rung in correctly.
I really wanted this new location to be as good as Plainwell’s, but I’m honestly bummed. Out of all three Dunkin’s in Kalamazoo/Portage, none of them have been worth it.

Don’t usually leave reviews on company pages but dude come on I order two $6 meal deals that include a bacon egg & cheese bagel, hash browns, and a medium coffee. I bring the bag home to my pregnant wife and I open it to give her the food. Her hash browns pouch had 1 SINGLE HASH BROWN IN IT. I open mine and I had 3, good thing I’m not a POS so I swapped bag to feed my unborn child more than I and I decided to write this review. They’re lucky this deal is $6 or I would never go back but in this economy I’m going back

Order a caramel crazed signature latte and it was sour. Absolutely disgusting. I tired to move on to my sausage egg and cheese sandwich and it has hair in it. When I tried to call the store they had the phone off the hook so I couldn’t get through. Horrible customer service.
