We are a family owned Café serving all day breakfast/brunch’s Please consider that we are a 722sq ft. unit with limited indoor seating and mainly open patio seating. Our indoor occupancy can only seat 15 guests at a time. Unfortunately at the time being, we do not accept any reservations or call in waitlist assistance. As a counter service Café, seating is at a first come/first serve system to ensure fair seating arrangement.

Long wait time but food is great! go around 1 p less wait time so it seems. Only thing i would recommend is that instead of serving peanuts as an appetizer they shld serve fresh pan dulce and provide actual silverware instead of plastic silverware. overall i enjoyed it great pricing , large portions , and delicious!!! also the music playing was great!! Will have you singing and eating

Great quality food. I ordered the original chilaquiles verde and husband got the birrieria tacos with consomé. Amazing all around. They sell the Mexican clay pottery they serve you on. We loved the Mexican coffee with the cinnamon in it. We will be back! The place was popular

We had the absolute best experience at Tesoro Mexican thanks to our server, Julieta! She was attentive, friendly, and had such a positive attitude the entire time. You can truly tell she loves her job. She gave us great suggestions, checked on us often without being overbearing, and made sure we felt taken care of from start to finish. It’s been a long time since we’ve had such great service, and Julieta made the whole visit special. We will definitely be back because of her!

Don’t believe the TikTok Hype…Very dissatisfied….. Ordered and the waitress disappeared after …Food didn’t have any type of flavor whatsoever …I couldn’t tell my waitress anything because she was no where to be found…presentation is cool and all but the food is really not good at all!! Birria is salty..chilaquiles are bland and a small portion… and to top it off they give you plastic forks and spoons to eat with … sadly won’t be coming back and won’t be recommending to anyone…Came all the way out from Seagoville over a hr away for disappointment

Food was great! We each had a different version of the chilaquiles. Both red and green sauce were full of flavor with a pleasant kick. Eggs were cooked exactly how I asked. Chips weren’t soggy at all. Great food! Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the cafe de olla is just a bit too sweet. It was still decent, so I won’t dock a star over coffee but definitely beware.

Love the atmosphere, felt like home. Food was good but didn’t wow us, and also served on ice cold plates so it got cold very fast. Loved how cozy the aesthetic was, but being given plasticware to eat with was super disappointing. I think serving with real silverware and serve the food warm would greatly improve my experience. Service was really great and I would return.

After seeing TikTok videos about this place, we decided to give it a try—and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! We arrived around 10 AM and experienced a wait time of about an hour and 20 minutes, followed by an additional 20 minutes before being served. However, the wait was well worth it. The food was freshly made and absolutely delicious, from their rich café de olla to their famous chilaquiles. If you’re looking for an authentic Mexican breakfast, I highly recommend Tesoro Mexican Restaurant as your next stop!
